Calypso 909 West Delivers everything under the sun! Gulf front with the best views in all of Florida.

This 3BR/ 3Ba corner unit offers commanding views of the Emerald-colored waters and white sandy beaches from nearly every angle as you enjoy over 27 linear feet of windows in the living and dining room alone..

Six to eight guests can sleep soundly. Each of the bedrooms have private baths. Two bedrooms have king beds; the third a queen. There is also a comfortable inflatable mattress for the living area, no uncomfortable and tedious sleeper sofa here.

All bedrooms are spacious and comfortable-no tiny bunk rooms.

Each of the three bedrooms and the living area are equipped with cable TVs and DVD players.

High speed wi-fi connection is available. The password will be included in the information given to guests.

Available from Warren Beach Rentals, THE trusted management company at Calypso. We have a full time staff dedicated to making your trip fantastic. This condo is equipped with a secure key pad lock, so you go directly to the unit upon arrival. We make vacationing EASY.

Aside from the perfect location, gulf beaches and swimming pools, this vacation unit has everything you need to make your stay smooth and comfortable-a fully furnished kitchen.

Parking: handled through the Calypso Resort Parking, Effective January 10th 2025 cost is $60 per car per stay with a max of 2 vehicles. Fees are subject to change per the HOA.

The private balcony is the perfect place to watch a pod of dolphins leap and play in the clear, sparkling waters. Rays and schools of fish can be spotted.

The sunrises and sunsets are magnificent and here, you get both.

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE TRAVEL INSURANCE DURING HURRICANE SEASON BETWEEN JUNE AND SEPTEMBER

Walking out the lobby to beach-side is the view of two pristine gulf front pools at the base of each of the towers. Seasonally, one pool is heated for enjoyment of guests year-round.

Between the pools is a Tiki Bar, offering soft-drinks, wine and spirits. Service is offered at the bar, pool-side and on Calypso's private beach

What really sets Calypso apart is the proximity to Pier Park, a hub of shopping, dining, entertainment and the world famous Margaritaville. Calypso is the only resort within easy walking distance to Pier Park and a short walk at that!

At the end of the day, relax to the sounds of the waves meeting the shore while gazing at the lights of City Pier reflecting off the gulf.

The master suite has a garden whirlpool whirlpool tub, separate floor to ceiling shower with a shaving bench and built-in toilet. Master suite has a large walk-in-closet and a private water closet.

Dear Rental Manager, How disappointing it was yesterday checking into this Condo 909 West to discover numerous issues that should have been addressed before our arrival. I booked this condo in May and paid almost $3,000 so I thought it would be in tip top shape as the one was that we rented here in 2014. I am sending you pictures so you can see what exactly I am talking about (please see attached photos): · Multiple pieces of furniture have scratches and peeling of paint. · Hazardous exposed electric cord running across floor connecting TV. · Bed spread stained possibly from pool chemicals caused by other renters. · Molding scuffed up on numerous areas. · Food left open in cabinet that was not removed. · Dishes in dishwasher….not sure if they were clean or not. · Refrigerator saying to replace water filter. · Old solid ice packed in ice maker. · Dining room chandelier filthy. · Window Blind pull missing. · Dryer vent filthy with lint….not cleaned. · Closet door knob missing. · Mold in showers. I wonder how you would feel if your family found your condo in this condition after it costs thousands of dollars. This was supposed to be a visit special trip for my adult kids and me. I am not a complainer, but this was unacceptable in my opinion and theirs also. A refund of some kind would be the proper business decision. Sincerely, Barbara Mees

Loved the property. Would definitely request this property again. Had a tv problem in master bedroom. Reported and no one handled. Toilet in first bedroom not flushing properly: toilet in queen bedroom runs continuously. Think coverlets should be updated.

This is a great condo! Housekeeping had it super clean upon arrival. The condo was beautifully decorated and the views were great. We had everything we needed for the week. I have teenagers so the location was also perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Next to perfect
The condo was almost near perfect in every way. Real quick, the only reason I say “almost near” is a few mishaps that happened. Probably due to more of our bad luck but just to note the minor negatives: one of the chairs on the balcony was broke (didn’t matter as there were enough good ones for all of us), another lounge type chair on the balcony was dry rotted and broke as I sat on it (again probably due to my bad luck and still had plenty enough other chairs to use) and the ice maker in the freezer did not work (WBR gave us $25 credit to spend on ice). None of these mishaps were really a big deal but I listed them to say how well the WBR representatives responded to all of the issues. If you rent this condo and have an issue, rest assured that someone will get with you quickly. Everything else was perfect. If you are staying in PCB then I have to say that this is the absolute best condo to stay in. First off the location is walking distance to Pier Park where we visited nightly. I can’t imagine driving to Pier Park as the traffic was horrendous. Cars and cops everywhere. When we would get back to the condo, I would sit on my balcony and just watch the traffic move at a snails pace to and from the park. The location of this condo is perfect. Then the condo itself is beautiful on the inside. The den could use more sofa/lounge chair seating if you have a crew of 6 or more but it’s really no big deal. It’s a corner unit which allows you to view the beach behind you as well as all of the nightlife going in around Pier Park on the side of you. Being on the 9th floor is perfect for sightseeing and also not having to wait on elevators. I would highly suggest staying at this condo if going to PCB. Honesty if we do end up coming back next year and I cannot rent this condo I may not go anywhere else. It really was the absolute best located condo there.

Communication with the property manager, maintenance, and housekeeping was excellent! The elevators at this property are super FAST. The decor of our unit was peaceful and beautiful. I was concerned about the cleaning protocols between guests as we did have a bed that had a dusty/spotted comforter shell without a duvet and the floors were in need of more thorough cleaning. Housekeeping was prompt to assist however, with providing fresh sets of blankets and duvet covers. The pillows on the beds were very nice quality - but they need pillow protectors! We had a bed break - but maintenance came and quickly replaced the frame and was so helpful and responsive! The views were lovely. The accessibility to pier park, target, and Walmart was nice. I do think that 3/2 units should come with 3 parking passes and 2 sets of chairs - that was somewhat of a hassle. We also felt that for the money we paid we should be able to use any of the three building pools at the resort - especially since the pools for tower I and II are pretty small for the size and volume of the properties. Parking was fantastic. Overall - it was a reasonable property but on the high end of rates in our opinion. Thank you for a relaxing week!!
