Ocean Reef #1107 is located on the 11th floor at Ocean Reef. As soon as you walk in the door you will be taken away with the breath-taking view of the Gulf! This condo includes a free beach setup which includes 2 chaise loungers and 1 umbrella setup on the beach for you each day of your stay (available between March 15 and October 31).

The living area is wonderfully decorated and includes beautiful beach-front views of the gulf! You will find a sleeper sofa, side seating, tables, lights, ceiling fan, large flat screen TV and DVD player. The living area opens to the private balcony as well as the master suite.

The main living area was upgraded with lovely wood-look flooring.

The master suite is accommodated with a comfortable king size bed, fresh bed linens, side table, ceiling fan, dresser, and flat screen TV. The suite also opens to the private balcony which is great for viewing the ocean, watching the birds fly or listening to the gentle sounds of the waves crashing against the beach. The master suite also has a private master bathroom which is accommodated with bath linens.

The guest room has a queen & full size beds, ceiling fan, side table, dresser, and flat screen TV. The guest room also opens to the guest bathroom. There you will find all the bath linens you need for a comfortable stay.

The dining area has a counter-height dining table that will comfortably seat four. More seating can be found at the counter with bar stools. The kitchen is completely outfitted with all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The owner has spared no expense and has provided all you will need to prepare and serve a meal while on vacation.

The private balconies at Ocean Reef are among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony you can view the Gulf's endless water, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beach goers walking, parasailing, boating, snorkeling and much, much more. The balcony is completely furnished and provides a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets, sunrises, board games with family and friends and romantic dinners. Our guests find if they are not on the beach then they are on their private balcony!

Summer getaway

We had a great time at Greta’s rental. Everything was as stated on the website. We had an issue with one of the bathroom toilets tank not filling properly. I submitted a maintenance request. I was immediately contacted and they came and fixed the issue. I would recommend this condo to anyone. We had a wonderful time!!!

Perfect!!

The condo was spotless and smelled fantastic when we arrived! It was well furnished, including a few beach chairs, umbrella, and an extra ice chest. This is a Nicely decorated condo, and has the most comfy balcony furniture to enjoy the view while listening to the sound of those waves!!! There are several good places to eat within walking distance and of course putt-putt/go-carts/arcade just right across the street for the kids. We have stayed in this complex 4-5 times in different condos, but will now be returning to THIS condo on our next visit. Thanks for a great week at the beach! Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect balcony, great place with wonderful view

The balcony really is amazing. The furniture was very comfortable and the table was great for meals on the balcony. It keeps mostly shade as well, some evening sun but still enjoyable all day on the balcony. The master bed is very comfortable! There is a tv tray for a night stand in the master - which is not sturdy. My one year old almost knocked it over but you can keep the door closed to avoid an accident. The other bedroom does have a lot of street noise so bring a sound machine for that room. Pack n play fits in the master bath if you need a dark quiet place for a little one. They don’t have kid friendly cups/plates/utensils but otherwise the kitchen has essentials. The place itself is very comfortable and spacious. I would come back to this place again! The beach is gorgeous and the included chairs were so nice. There is also a sand bar just to the side which was great for kids. There was a wagon, extra beach chairs, and a boogie board available for use. The wagon was great help for unloading the car.

Great stay! Televisions/cable (bummer)

The condo was great! We loved the patio furniture/lounging area. The only thing that was a little frustrating were the televisions. We were looking forward to watching the NCAA tournament games, but realized the TVs only game in standard definition. It didn’t even fill the television screen. I thought I had done something wrong, but called and they confirmed that is all they get. We didn’t let television viewing spoil our vacation, was just kind of a bummer. My recommendation would be to bring a Firestick so you can stream in high definition.

Beach trip

Excellent find. The place was great and we had a wonderful time. The beach chairs and umbrella service put this one over the top. The beach wasn’t very crowded and the water was beautiful. If I had to list a negative, the parking garage isn’t designed well for large vehicles, but that was hardly a problem. Just drive slow and pay attention to the mirrors. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks for making our little beach vacation so enjoyable.

Beautiful Ocean View

We were on 11th floor with a beautiful view. The condo was clean had everything we needed to cook. Biggest balcony i have ever had while staying in a condo. They provided most items we need till we could go to the store. Sliding doors worked well. Most places you have to struggle getting them closed.

Wonderful!

The check in process was so easy. The location, the parking and convience of being beach front made this property so enjoyable. It was family friendly. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants,the funland arcade and mini golf was across the street. We had a great time and would absolutely stay again. It was wonderful!

Ocean Reef review

Beautiful condo! Plenty of space for a comfortable stay! We were only left with the one trash bag in the can and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. A few extras would have been nice! Would definitely stay agAin.

Great!

I got sick the night before, therefore was unable to go, but my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter stayed. They said, "they had a blast!" Everything that we needed to know prior to arriving was provided, making the process so easy. The managment stayed in contact with us throughout the stay. I am very happy and would definitely book with them again.
