Dune Vacation Rentals presents 'Carefree Cottage' a home that has been professionally decorated by the lovely owners who take great pride in sharing their dream vacation spot with you! From wall paint to furnishings and fixtures, every detail was purposefully chosen to make it feel like you are in a luxurious beach cottage. It's simply stunning. Adults will love the detail and kids will have loads of fun exploring the upstairs loft space of their own. This beautiful home is in a fabulous location in Seacrest Beach between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. You can't find a more prime location (easy walking or biking) within all there is to do and see on the East side of the 'A'. Short walk to the beach, community pool, and Seacrest Peddler's Village with live music, restaurants, food stands and shops.

The open-concept main living space has high ceilings, an abundance of natural light filtering through the numerous windows, designer furnishings and décor, a great dining table that seats 6, plenty of room for everyone to gather in the living room inclusive of a 55" flat screen TV. The fully equipped chef's kitchen features a large island for gathering around with counter bar seating for 3, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A large pantry and gas stove round out all you need for an easy and relaxing environment to make your own home cooked meals while on vacation. The front porch has adirondack rocking chairs ideal for post-sun relaxation or enjoying your morning coffee with a book.

- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, and AmEx credit cards.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.

We had the best trip to 30A and loved the location of the house! We had excellent communication with the management company and really didn't have any issues while at the house! My only feedback would be that the house is not as nice as the photos. You can tell that it used to be awesome, but since it just changed ownership, some of the art work is gone, the rugs are gone, the furniture is FILTHY, bedding needs updated, paint needs redone, the coziness factor the photos give off just isn't there. However, we were thoroughly impressed with the amount of storage in the kitchen, closets, and dressers! We'll be back to 30A but will likely chose a different house.

Location was great but we had some issues during check-in. There was a leak in the home from the second floor down to the 1st floor. The management company was working on it with a plumber and A/C repair tech. Then when we used the oven or gas range, the fire alarm would constantly go off, even when using the fan above the range. It was unfortunate that we couldn't cook in the unit as much as we would have liked to and it made for an expensive trip overall.

We loved this house! Comfortably decorated and perfectly beachy. Close to the pool and beach tram. Wish there had been some beach chairs because the rentals were pricy. Easily walkable to so many places!

Cute house!
We liked the house a lot. It was beautiful. Super close to the pool. We stayed in June, and it was way too busy. The pool chairs fill up FAST and the beach space available is small. We loved this house but won’t be staying in Seacrest again.

Great floorplan for our family of 5.

Very nice, with only the following minor annoyances…Bikes should not say ‘included,’ as they are an item added expense. Goof balls at pool close pool for ‘thunder,’ which is often rumbling from the F22 overflights that frequently occurred. Would not even look at the lightning tracker used by the NCAA and the Florida Scholastic leagues. There was NO lightning, hence no thunder.

Great location right across from the pool and tram to the beach. Walk to beach is easy, too. The den could use bigger, comfy furniture for a family to fit. A sectional Sofa would be a good addition for movie and game night!

Beautiful house in a great location!
Overall we had a great stay. They were able to accommodate an early checkin during spring break which is a major win! Only problem with checkin was a little snafu with our wristbands that caused an hour delay to the beach. Wifi could be improved and beach chairs offered. Would stay again and recommend.
