Great location

Loved the experience, great location right on the beach. Enjoyed the firework show at perfect view from our balcony. Only thing I would have to say was bad was the elevator wait at times but understand it’s 30+ floors and a lot of people in and out. Overall it was great and will return in the future

Nice place to stay. Could have been cleaner. Could use a little updating with paint and door handles missing. We think the pay to parking is ridiculous. Because paying what we did to park in normal spot is not right. Need more blankets or thicker blankets on beds.

It was very nice, prefect view. Everything was great. Wished it had a hair dryer and the floors were swept and mopped we took our shoes off when my sister and i got in there.. our feet got black and you could feel they wasn't clean but other then that. It was a wonderful place to stay.

We had an absolutely amazing time in our condo, everything worked as it should it was just like it's online the refrigerator was ice when I got there there have been times we went to condos and they said it took 24 hours for the refrigerator to get cold and this one has ice on the door and water which helped a lot because that's all we drink usually water . We had a great time in the condo has an amazing view, you will see several reviews on the tidewater talking about how crappy the elevator services we did not experience that a lot because we did not like to go out and eat supper we like to go eat lunch and then eat supper at the condo so the boy can swim and we can enjoy the pool and beach in the cool of the evening, there were times where we had to wait 5 mins or so but we know this at the time , there are busy times at condo, supper time and chen in and check out time , you just learned to jump on and ride it even if it's the wrong way lol, most everyone has the same problem so everybody just packs in that elevator like a can of sardines. But the unit has everything you could ever need and when I say it was clean it was immaculate. Everything was fantastic. We booked through VRBO and managing company was vacassa, we received an email the day before with the code to get in and all the property details, they called us about 2 hours before checking I told them we were going to be there about 6:30 they said no problem we check in with security &they had our packet ready

Wonderful stay.

Great condo. It had everything we could need. Bed was much better than expected. Saw previous reviews complaining of the bed but it felt wonderful to me and my husband. We have stayed at this resort multiple times but the layout of this condo is my favorite!

View from the condo was amazing. Condo was beautiful. Looked exactly like the pictures in listing. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. Only problems we had, we were not made aware that it was motorcycle week, so VERY NOISY & busy. Would not recommend going at that time. Also lots of road construction in front of building. Would have been nice to know these things and we would have booked for a different time.

Unit was everything we were told it was only thing was when we got there we had to wash the sheets cuz they were full of sand everything just looked like it was a quick wipe down the cleaning job was not very good everything else was great! If you take kids there it's got two outdoor pools and indoor pool a little arcade A Little Gym there's all kinds of stuff to do. We had a great time

Perfect location

The condo is in a perfect location and the balcony view was beautiful. Pier park and places to eat are close driving distance. There are 3 pools on site and a gift shop where you can purchase floats and nets. If you needed a night in, Marcos pizza in directly across the street and will deliver. Overall experience was great for a family get away.

Cute little condo with amazing views

The condo it’s self was super cute! And it was clean! Perfect for my family of five. If you stay make sure you pack or buy laundry detergents of your choosing, hand soap, and things like spices and aluminum foil. Any basic necessities to cook. The blankets are thin and warm, but if you like thicker blankets I would bring some. Washer and dryer worked really well. Worst part about the whole experience is the elevators! They are a nightmare! We took our stuff down to the car very early around 7:00-7:30am and it was the best time cause no one was around and that allowed us to just enjoy the time in the condo but I suggest taking everything out of your room on the day of check out EARLY. And then we just took the stairs down and that didn’t take long at all surprisingly from the 18th floor. Use the stairs as much as possible if your going to leave around the peak times.

Great February stay

Very nice property. Only complaint is both for online check in and check out the web site would not connect. Very time consuming and finally had to do both over phone. Garbage disposal did not work but was fixed within the hour. Heard complaints on elevators. We had no problem at all. Loved heated indoor pool.

Anytime You're at the Ocean is a Great Time!

There are several things I look at when booking a rental. First is location. This condo has it! Oceanfront is hands down the greatest place for me to stay. This condo's location reminded me of our cruises as it's as close to the water's edge, seeing the endless ocean's horizon, hearing the waves continually, it was perfect. We checked in after 4. The two cleaning people were still there, just finishing up. I didn't recognize the place as the decor from the pictures had changed, sofa's and all. Loved the newer sofa's and color decor, more in line with the beachy feel. The cleanliness was less than desired. The second thing I look for when booking a rental, overall cleanliness meaning relying on others reviews. Usually if there's just one that mentions less than clean I will pass and I should have on this one. I am sure it's very difficult to thoroughly clean an entire condo in a short amount of time, but being charged a full cleaning rate one would expect cleanliness. There were food stains on utensils, cabinet doors, pillow cases, blankets. I bring my own blanket and pillows. This time I also brought my own sheets and very glad I did! The sheets they had were like sandpaper. They should seriously consider purchasing a new mattress. This one was the worst we've slept on in years of vacationing. The second night I took all the thin blankets they had in the condo (3 to be exact.... there's a pull out couch but no bedding for it???), put in on the mattress then our sheets back over in an effort to provide some sort of comfort. The bathrooms weren't as clean as they could have been, but again when you're rushing to clean an entire condo things get by. Something I noticed when the cleaners were leaving, there was no mop & bucket, no steam mop, nothing to clean the floors with. Guess what.... the floors weren't clean. Would I stay recommend this condo? No. I would highly recommend Vacasa. They were great from start to finish!

Great place with horrible conditions

We loved the place that we rented. It had a great view and enough room for all. Absolutely disappointed with having g to wait for 30+minutes for an elevator. We will never be staying here again
