309 Aqua is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom gulf front condominium located on the 3rd floor of Aqua. Located on the same floor as the walkover bridge from the garage, you can bypass the elevators to get to this beautiful gulf front condo. This condo has 1569 square feet of upscale living space that will spoil you and your family.
From 9/16/2024 to 2/25/2025 they will be repairing balconies and parts of the building on the west side from stacks 06 to stacks 11


The large living/dining/kitchen area is tiled and offers breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico. This is a condo worthy of the most discriminating traveler. The living room features ample seating and a large flat panel tv for your viewing pleasure. The large dining area offers seating for 6 with 2 extra spots at the granite bar. The spacious kitchen features upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and comes with everything you need to prepare full meals, or just mix up a few cocktails to enjoy on your private balcony while watching the sunset. Beach service is included for 2025.

309 Aqua's master bedroom is a King sized oasis with private balcony access, wood laminate flooring, a king sized bed, flat panel TV, and a huge en-suite master bath complete with soaking tub and walk in shower. This is a perfect master retreat after a fun filled day on the beach.

Not to be outdone, the other 2 Queen bedrooms are equally well furnished and offer dedicated bathrooms to pamper the rest of your family. The living room also offers a Queen sized sleeper sofa.

Condo is great

My only complaint was dealing with Mike DeVos at Best Beach Getaways. The door code wouldn't work. We had driven all day. This was a sister trip and we are not young anymore. Got all the luggage up to 3rd floor and the door would not open. Called Mike and he was very rude. The condo itself was very nice.

The condo was fabulous. Location, cleanliness, staff was friendly and helpful. Would have been nice to have a restaurant on site and wifi service needs attention. We own a construction business and could not communicate with our workers due to lack of service.

Overall was good. Great location. The door code we were given for after 4 did not work. Early check in code worked fine. Security had to let us in several times until I finally got help the following day. My suggestion is to include this unit to the front desk of the condo. Even tho she wasn't suppose to, she was more help to us. Will book thru the condo from now on. Parking pass was confusing! Melanie Shields

The list of things that was wrong with this property is long. It is BY FAR the worst experience I have ever had from VRBO. - the door lock batteries were dead upon arrival. It took 45min for maintenance to get there to fix. We sat outside with all of our luggage waiting - the air conditioner 100% DOES NOT WORK! It was 79-81 degrees in our condo AT ALL TIMES. Maintenance came twice but finally said it could not be fixed with the budget he was given. Finally on day 4 they just quit responding totally. - it rained. When it rained water leaked in the walls that separate the two hallway bedrooms. The carpet was soaked with water causing it to smell HORRIBLE in both bedrooms and get everything that was in the floor soaked as well. It’s been doing this for a while and just not fixed. There are other comments about this in previous reviews. Guess it’s also NOT IN THE BUDGET. - the shower head in the master is rusted. It’s so rusted that when you shower… nasty rusty water runs down the tiles. - this unit was DIRTY. Like nasty dirty. I walked across the floor one time and my feet were black from dirt. I ended up going to buy my own cleaning supplies because it was SO dirty. - none of the beds had blankets. Only sheets. Luckily because the unit was SO HOT we didn’t need blankets. Overall- this was a horrible experience. If this were the only unit in PCB- I would pick a different destination. It is THAT BAD.

Great hotel horrible cleaning crew and maintenance crew!

The hotel was nice but the cleanliness and condition of my room was a bit bizarre. One of the rooms smelt like cat pee and i left my bag of clothes on the floor overnight because I arrived late and they were soaked in water the next morning tried contacting maintenance 3 times left a message but never got a call back. There was puke in the hallway on the way to the room for 2 days all the way up to when I left. We just sucked it up and spent our trip outside the hotel since we already drove 8 hours there.

The room was great, no issues. A little overpriced but that's what happens when you wait until the last minute to book. Not a fan of the giant construction next door. Didn't know about that until we were already there. Room was good, with great location.

Nice comfortable condo right in the heart of things to do! No major complaints at all! There were only two things that needed fixing. The ice maker would make ice but it would not come out. Had to open door and get it. The other thing was the deadbolt wouldn’t lock. We really enjoyed our time there.

Good location but disappointed in condo

Ideal location but the unit needs updated. The kitchen appliances looked dirty on the outside. The cabinets were worn. The furniture was ripped and dirty. The walls needs repainted. The lighting in the master bath was horrible and hot. The bedding was not what was advertised. We were told queens in 2 of the rooms but they were full. Would not stay in this unit again
