Spring break getaway

Condo was just as described, had an amazing view! Plenty of room for our party of 9. The only negative was the tight parking at the condo, which we were warned about in reviews and the email from the owner. Marc was very reaponsive. I would stay again!

Beautiful Home With The Best Views

Amazing views!!! The beach is literally downstairs!!! I loved everything about this home and stay!!! The only thing that I didn't like was the tight parking spaces there is parking right across the street that you also can use. I suggest if you have a low car not to go into the parking garage because it damages your car. I would stay here again!! Thanks!!

Perfect beach paradise!

This condo is gorgeous! It is updated with new appliances, kitchen, bathroom, etc. It is very spacious and well equipped. The balcony is huge and has an amazing view. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. It is centrally located to several restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and will definitely book this place again in the future. Thank you for letting us stay at your beach paradise!

Wonderful girls trip

This was our annual 8-girls trip, all retired friends for over 40 years. This condo was as advertised, very roomy for all of us. The balcony was the most used space for us, loved watching the sunset every night. Good location to shops, and restaurants.

Great views, amazing condo. The only complaint is the tight parking at the condo but there is overflow across the street. Owner is prompt to respond with any questions and the rental has all that you need for cooking and some beach items also. The patio was the best part...AMAZING!

Condo was absolutely beautiful, view was amazing. The condo had everything we needed and some. Close to all the restaurants and attractions. Very clean. I seen in reviews before our arrival people complain about parking but we came from 2 different states in 3 cars and the parking was not a problem at all. We will be back. It was wonderful… only difficulty was parking. My brother is handicapped and there was only one handicap parking spot. We had 8 people and 3 cars and it wasn’t busy at all… i could see the parking being very difficult during peak season. But the condo was amazing! Loved it

Annual Labor Day Stay

Family time together

Space for all family, convenient to all restaurants, stores needed. The parking was a struggle at first but we were able to overcome the struggle. The elevator was trying to keep up with all the guests but it was a downer for all of the families trying to go up and down to the beach and pool. The condo was prepared with all the things you would need to set up the family vacation. I suggest this condo for all the fun you can have in Panama City Beach. Pool was perfect for the kids, the beach workers were amazing keeping it all together,

Seniors

The unit was nice - good location - great views - parking not so good even if you have a space but not units fault but the designers of the property. We are seniors and do not enjoy stepping over bathtubs to use the showers . Suggest next time you remodel put in 3 walkins and one bath/shower combination. Back bedrooms were congested. Suggest going with Queen/Queen bunk beds and that way you satisfy all age groups. Also, need better window light blockage in the back bedrooms. Ended up hanging up blankets to block light from outside hallway. Little things need fixin but not out of the ordinary for units for rent. Long time renters notice these little things. Suggest once a month walk through to check TVs, lights, Bathroom fans, Shower faucets, Stove top functioning, smoke detectors, furniture, pots and pans etc etc. Enjoyed our stay but unit is geared more to families with short stays.

Fabulous Beach Condo

My husband and I rented this beautiful condo so we could spend Christmas at the beach with our extended family. Everyone was very happy with the location, furnishings, and of course the view! The property description is accurate. We plan to come back to this condo again!

Memorable moments by the ocean with family

The apartment was very clean and full of details for all our needs. We were 3 families enyoing thanksgiving together. Kitchen had everything you can imagine. Marc was very helpful to solve the parking issue for 3 cars and parking was not a problem at all. We had a little problem with check-in and it took us some time to get in. But the wait was worth it.

Parking and elevator issues.

This condo was nice and clean. It was exactly what I was expecting. However, we were fore warned about the parking. Although I didn’t realize the inconvenience it caused. The one of the two elevators was broken and it was very common to have to wait 30-40 minutes to be able to use the one elevator. This condo was what I expected but the complex was very disappointing!!
