Beachfront 2 bedroom 2 bath corner Condominium! Stunning sunsets & phenomenal panoramic views of the Beach, Ocean & City from this condo! Short walk to Pier Park, restaurants and much more!

This resort has 2 outdoor lagoon pools, 4 hot tubs, sauna, indoor heated pool, 4300 sq. ft. fitness center with a Roman spa, conference center, on site restaurant/delivery, beach store (seasonal), arcade, movie theater, Tiki Bar, Daiquiri Bar (seasonal), and onsite Starbucks (seasonal)! Sleeps 8 with 2 fold out sofa sleepers as well.

The view of the beach, ocean and city from this 23rd floor west end unit is absolutely stunning! This is a 2b2b with a memory foam sofa sleeper bed, new couch with sleeper bed as well, and a trundle couch/daybed in the master for an 8 person capacity. Perfect for 2 families with kids or one large family or even a couples weekend getaway. There is a portacrib, high chair, beach chairs and a beach wagon in the condo as well for guests.


Master has a full bathroom attached and king bed and the daybed trundle. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom a few feet down the hallway. There is also a new memory foam sofa sleeper. There is a full size washer and dryer, full kitchen and free WiFi. The complex has a movie theater, huge fitness center, 2 outdoor lagoon pools, an indoor heated pool, 2 Roman spas, 2 outdoor hot tubs, Tiki bar, Starbucks, market store, arcade, restaurant, bar and full time super friendly security!

Early check in or late check out available if cleaning time permits for a $50 fee per request due to high demand/requests. Please confirm same with owner ahead of time.

Winn Dixie, McDonald's, Arby's, Marco's pizza, Thai and sushi, liquor store, Pier Park, are all within walking distance! What more could you want?! Never have to get back in your car the entire time you are at the beach!

At least one person must be 25 or older to register for every 2 under 25 at Tidewater per HOA restrictions. $54.04 one time fee to the HOA for parking passes. armbands, registration & amenities for your entire stay. Elevators are terrible
The elevator wait time is absolutely insane and they are hot. The towels in our condo had to be washed because they smelled like they sat in the washer for too long. There is no dead bolt on the door for extra security. My grandson walked out the door. The dryer took 3 cycles to dry your laundry. No hot water in kitchen sink. Had a terrible encounter on the beach from a Karen that we later found out wasn’t an employee but a condo owner. She was taking pictures of us and checking our guest bracelets. Extremely rude. We will not be staying here AGAIN!

Our Tidewater Condo Family Trip
Loved the Condo and the location but the resort could use some fixing , like the elevators ...many elevators in the bldg. were broken and we had a 23rd floor condo rental. The hot tub was broken ...it was warm but the bubbles did not work. Pool closes at 10 pm which is really to early considering this is a vacation place and sometimes dinner takes awhile to get a table and by the time you return you cant take to kids or yourselves to a closing soon pool. Just unpractical. The parking garge is a Big Problem !!! They should assign each room their own 2 parking spots ...because driving around looking for a handicap spot and never during a 6 night stay did we get one but yes parking spots were crazy. Plus the Movie Theater they have ....You are not allowed to take any food or drink into the small theater , Children and adults need drinks and snacks while enjoying a movie ( hold a family members DL ) as a good faith of keeping it clean while using it but No snacks !!! Come on whats a movie without popcorn? Yeah but the biggest thing was the elevators. 30-45 minute waits . But our Condo/ Apt was beautiful 😍 Thanks

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning condo in Panama City Beach, Florida, owned by the wonderful Wendy. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The condo itself was immaculate, with breathtaking views of the ocean and luxurious amenities that made our stay unforgettable. Instructions for check in were easy to follow. The property has lots of guests so prime parking and elevators were challenging at times. View from the balcony was amazing to watch the sunsets and from the large glass windows from the living room area. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the time went by way too fast!

Sunsets from the balcony are stunning! The condo was great. The location is perfect. Having an onsite Starbucks is a big plus. Cafe onsite has good food and drinks. Wendy is great to work with and accommodating.

The condo was just as beautiful as all the pictures. The views were breathtaking and we enjoyed everything about the property. Only negative was the very long wait each and every time we had to use elevator (2 were down). Owner Wendy gave a speedy response any time I reached out with a question. Will definitely try to book again if we go back to this beach town.
