Colorful, Whimsical, FUN: Rosemary Thyme, IN ROSEMARY BEACH, is a home that is enjoyed by all ages and is perfect for couples and families. The Beach is a 5 minute walk down a shaded boardwalk; complete with 4 Bikes, Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Cooler, Gear, Toys, Grill! Onsite parking and a Private courtyard. The spacious first floor is perfectly arranged for relaxing on the couch/TV watching, conversations, cooking fabulous meals in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoying family meals at the dining table. Wherever you are, you are still connected to everyone. . .which, after all, isn't 'together time' what vacations are for?!!!

Rosemary Thyme's kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, an ice-maker. The hardwood floors are made from reclaimed Indonesian Teak. The high ceilings add to the spacious feeling.

The living room, dining area and sitting areas are comfortably furnished with an eclectic mix of new and vintage furniture, as well as some custom-designed specifically for this home. The laidback mix of furniture and decor will have you relaxing right away! There are two fireplaces: one in the living room and the other is outside.

Relax on the porches, while listening to the fountain and the birds. There's plenty of seating on the porch and in the courtyard for morning coffee, afternoon wine sipping or dining under the stars!

On the second floor, there is a living room for TV watching or visiting and another porch with a table and chairs, hammock and a Balinese bench - perfect for a quiet book, art or playing board games with the family. The second floor sofa is also a comfortable Queen size bed.

The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed, side tables, lamps, an oversized armoire and full bath with a tiled walk-in shower. There is a private balcony outside of the Master with a table and two chairs. The other two bedrooms have Queen beds which are uniquely designed, similar to a captain's bed, to maximize the floor space in each room. Each Bedroom has a closet, drawers under the bed, shelves, a lamp, a chair and unique decor. There is also a cozy Twin bed at the top of the stairs and a second full bathroom upstairs.

Rosemary Thyme is centrally located, but still private, in the beautiful town of Rosemary Beach. Just a 30 second walk to the N. Barrett Square restaurants and shops and a 5 minute walk, down a shaded boardwalk, to the Beach. Rosemary Beach has been voted a top beach vacation destination spot. It has emerald green and aqua water and some of the whitest and softest sand in the world!

The home is lovely, walkable to all attractions shops, restaurants, beach. Extremely well stocked from outdoor toys to kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The only negative is the sofa in the main room was very smelly definitely needs to be replaced.

Perfect for families!

We have been to Rosemary Beach many times before. We often take family walks around the community along the sidewalks and boardwalks. We have walked past this home many times and always noted the unique look, amazing outdoor space, balconies, and exciting color palate. So when we were looking for a place to stay on this trip and it was available it was an easy choice. From communication with the host, check in/out was a breeze, and the location is fantastic. We couldn't have been more happy with our visit to Rosemary Beach!

Great stay at Rosemary Thyme!

We had a great time at Rosemary Thyme and especially enjoyed the outside patio and upper porch - we and our kids just loved being out there! Amazing stay!

Rosemary Thyme is perfectly located..just steps away from the main square and just minutes from the beach. The house is so thoughtfully stocked with everything and more that you will need for your vacation in Rosemary Beach! We really loved the week that we spent here. Communication was great Rhonda. Perfect Vacation Home!

Our family stayed for a week, and we hope it is the first of many visits! The location is excellent, close to shopping/dining on Barrett Square and an easy walk to the beach. The owners are so kind and communicative, and you truly feel like a guest in their home. The house itself was magical for our family…big, comfy Captain’s beds that felt like you were sleeping in a treehouse, a hammock on a covered upstairs porch was perfect for afternoon naps/reading, and a gurgling fountain in the courtyard was so soothing.

Not your average beach house!

This property was beautiful with every detail carefully, lovingly thought through. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. The space was great. The furniture was comfy and clean. My favorite was relaxing on the screened in porch each night. The walk to the beach was easy! Pack light because hauling the wagon can be a chore. The one thing I didn’t realize was that there was only a very small space on the beach if you weren’t planning to rent chairs, and the “public” (ie. Not Black Pearl or Rosemary chair rentals) isn’t allowed to set up in the area of the rentals, which is most of the beach. You really don’t have to leave the community once you have groceries. It’s all in walking distance - great restaurants, ice cream, shopping, coffee. If you chose to, there are several state parks within 10-15 minutes of the house. We enjoyed Camp Helen State Park and visited Eden Garden. Rhonda was an excellent host! We talked before I arrived, and she shared about herself and the property as well as tried to get to know a little about my mom and me. It felt like I was talking to a friend. She had a kind card left for us when we arrived. Very sweet and welcoming! I’ll definitely be back with the rest of my family.

GREAT spot in Rosemary!

We loved our stay at Rosemary Thyme! Communication with Rhonda was fantastic! You really feel like a guest in her home, not just a vacation renter. Some of our favorite things were the great outdoor space and the fully equipped kitchen. The house is in a fantastic location in Rosemary, very centrally located to Barrett Square, and we made great use of the provided bikes! We rode them all over Rosemary and down to the beach every day. We definitely want to stay here again!

Perfect Thyme!

The Rosemary Thyme property was perfect! The location is ideal...steps from shops and coffee/ice-cream parlor, restaurants. Close to pools, tennis...and a lovely 5 min walk over shaded boardwalk to the beach. But who wants to leave the house? It is colorful, funky and fun with beautiful modern design elements - a great kitchen, variety of outdoor spaces and decks to hang out, very convenient washer and dryer, beach towels, bikes, beach toys all provided. Rhonda is a gem...and made us feel so welcome! A++ all around. Would come back in a flash. Lovely neighborhood...quiet, shady. beautiful landscaping.

We enjoyed this house. Tons of fans which help dry line drying clothes and help to keep cool. Straight walk to walkover. The home owner responded quickly when I had a few questions prior and during our stay. She is very nice. It is the only place we have stayed in that had sufficient pans including lids, mixing bowls etc. It was comfortable.

Wonderful Time

We had a fabulous stay at Rhonda’s home. She was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. House was perfect location and had everything you needed! It was so easy to get to the beach with kids with the beach towels, chairs and toys already included for you. There is a wagon to roll everything down to the beach. If your incredibly successful best friend had a beach house

We have stayed at Rosemary for 14 years, and never at the same place, mainly because of poor planning on my part. There really isn’t a bad place to stay there, but this place is special for so many cool reasons. From the games or spice cabinet to the beach towels, or the bikes and all of the beach accessories it feels like you are staying with a trusted friend who wants to ensure you have everything you need. There are a lot of beautiful, stark white homes in the area, but this felt like they had just spent a month in Bali before they decorated it. So many beautiful textures and colors make you feel like you’re in a tropical paradise. All communication was so genuine and kind, you can tell they are invested in you having a great experience! The location is perfect, I have stayed on both sides of 30 A and unless you are on the beach itself it doesn’t matter. This home is two minutes from ice cream, shopping, and restaurants and a five minute bike ride or 10 minute walk to anything else you could possibly need. The home was exceptionally quiet also, even the adults could sleep in if they wanted to! we will book this home again, without a doubt!

What an amazing stay!!

So - this place is so comfortable. The things other places don’t have? You’ll find them here. Good pillows, comfortable beds. Ice maker!!! What!? The perfect beach house. Plenty of room, very homey feel- all exactly on point. Would reserve again in a minute.

Birthday celebration

The house was perfect for our adult getaway. What we really loved about the house is all the bedrooms had queen size bed instead of having a room with twin size. It was perfect for three couples we could’ve had more. Rhonda was so helpful and quick answering our questions. we loved the charm and personality of the house.
