It was kept up great, the pools were cleaned daily, the breakfast was wonderful, the room was lovely and had dove pump soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Everything was classy:, the staff were professional. Room clean and spacious. There was nothing I didn’t like. I will definitely make this my only hotel I go to at Panama City Beach. So many things that set this apart from any other place I have ever been to. There was a show with Hawaiian dancers which was wonderful; the pool area had complimentary cold water and sweet tea To get to the beach, apart from showers to get the sand off there were little sprinklers along the way to get the sand off your feet. I loved how safe it was in the hotel. I can’t say enough good about my stay here.

Never disappoints!!
I had a quick bday trip with the kids and Holiday inn never disappoints. This is my 3rd time staying here in a row. My children love the lazy river and the breakfast. The rooms are always clean and the beds are soo comfyy. My only suggestion is to have more vegan options. My daughter has food allergies so she is limited to what she can have for breakfast. It would help so I dont have to go out and buy her breakfast.

The parking and multiple "service fee" I thought was unnecessary especially for every single night, we were charged for it. When the service fee could have been charged one time after the 3 night stay, but besides that, the staff as well as the stay was great. Our kids enjoyed it
