Welcome to one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the world and to Watercrest! This condo is beautifully and comfortably decorated and has amazing views as far as the eye can see to the East and the West. The balcony is spectacular as it affords ample space to dine or enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail as you watch the sunset over the Gulf.
What you will appreciate most is that you have a great view of the ocean from most rooms in the condo with large floor to ceiling glass panels and sliding glass doors. The master suite has a king size bed with full bath and the second bedroom has two queen size beds with a full bath across the hallway. The living room has a new leather sectional, leather swivel chairs and 75" Samsung Q-LED Smart TV. The well stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. You will appreciate the attention to details that will make this a vacation with wonderful memories!

When you are ready to come off the beach, a variety of amusement parks and entertainment centers are ready to provide a day of family fun. The Marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter deep sea fishing trips, Sunset Cruise, Dolphin Watching, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster s is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley s Believe It or Not. St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. Panama City Beach has been hosting vacationers for many years and the entire area is full of fun things to do! Beyond Expectations

Excellent. Minor issues that did not take away from the overall experience. We will be back and this will definitely be our 1st choice. We have stayed in many condos in Destin (15years) This was by far the best one we have ever rented.

Wonderful stay at Watercrest

We stayed as a couple on 9/9 - 9/15. Communication up to/check-in/and during stay were perfect. The condo is as pictured and the views are outstanding. This is our third stay at Watercrest. Once in OCT then APR and now SEPT. The bed in Master is slightly 'worn' with 'imprints' due to pillow top and slightly 'slanted', but it was comfortable enough. Some minor 'cleaning' issues have been reported directly to booking. Make sure to adhere to the A/C instructions and there will be no issues. Book this condo with no worries. The facility and condo are a delight. We love this 'end' of Panama City Beach.

Beautiful Views

We loved the views of the beach from this property. The furnishings were nice and the bed was comfortable. The beach chairs were a definite plus. The only complaint we had was the bedroom was a little warm, but the big fan in the closet helped a lot. Would recommend this property to anyone.

This property was everything the listing says! I will say, please pay attention to the note on the thermostat and read the instructions. If you do that, you will stay cool! The floor to ceiling windows makes for an amazing view but with that comes the heat from the sun!

This condo was beautiful! The views from the balcony were breathtaking! The condo was spacious and clean. The kitchen actually had pots and pans to cook a meal for 8 people. The beds were nice and comfy. The owner was very quick to respond to any messages. We actually ended up leaving something, and the owner was so gracious to let us back in to retrieve it. We loved our stay!

Checking in and communicating with the property manager was so easy and straightforward. The condo overall was amazing. Master bedroom does not circulate air and was very hot, even with shades closed for the week.

Great experience!

The place was very neat, clean & very roomy for a family of 4. Beds were very comfy & the view on the balcony was beautiful! The host was very helpful; I forgot my hairdryer & the one at the condo was not working so he brought a brand new one! I also loved having 2 beach chairs & an umbrella everyday at no charge. It was not far from everything. Definitely would recommend this place!

Great condo, great view

This was our first time back to PCB in several years and we found this condo through VRBO. It’s was bigger than we needed with just the two of us but we really wanted to have a great view so this 17th floor condo was our choice. Everything about the condo was really nice and comfortable! Looking forward to getting back down there soon!

Where’s the recliner?

I booked this condo because it’s VBRO photos included a recliner (although not mentioned in the text). (I am required to keep my legs elevated following a recent surgical procedure. Plus I sleep in a recliner 100% of the time, so this feature was essential to me. Without said recliner, I tried sleeping in 2 of the beds, but was unsuccessful. Then I tried sleeping on the sofa, but of my 3 night stay I got only 3-4 hours of TOTAL sleep during our entire stay. On the several hour drive home, I was so tired, and so drowsy, the car left the road, fishtailing violently, as I fought to regain control. I was so fortunate not to have a rollover or collide with another vehicle, so I did arrive safely home, but the outcome could have been tragically different, all because there was no recliner, as advertised.
