This is a budget priced hotel and it is a good value for the money. The place is a bit secluded, no real sign, just a narrow but very short dirt track but easily passable even in the rain. Not a sign out front that is visible from the road but the Google maps had it located very well. The rooms are a bit old, things are worn but in decent repair for the most part. The things that matter are okay, hot shower, plenty of water, a working satellite TV, a full kitchen with hot plate, fridge, sink, and plenty of dishes and cookware for five to eight people. There were three double beds, two in a closed bedroom with air con, one out in the main room. Two worn but covered arm chairs and a small sofa. The main area/beaches are maybe one to two kilometers away along with hardware stores, fast food places, and restaurants. A bit of a walk to the beach but you can park down at the Tourist Police parking lot for 100 pesos and it is an easy walk down past McDonalds to the beach. Parking for the beach is 100 pesos but you can redeem the ticket at a local gas station about 100 meters West of the parking lot, so if you need fuel you get that money back. All in all this is a great place for a budget visit to the area. Maybe five to eight minutes to the airport, maybe fifteen minutes to the big grocery stores in Tagbiliran.
