The room was very clean and had everything we needed. My only problem was with communication, they did not reply to any of my emails.

Enjoyed my time here. Very clean and modern room. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again

Perfect for staying in Rotorua area

Great place to stay within a short walk to the centre of town. Clean and tidy room and a warm welcome on arrival.

After a little stumbling around, we finally worked out how to get access to staff and entry to the building. Car park and premises very secure. Easy access stairs and a lift to get around the building with ease. Quick, efficient check-in. A few little welcome gifts was a lovely touch and we were most appreciative. Good size room, view out toward the harbour, comfortable bed, separate shower and bath. Tip marks go to the chef in the Restaurant for the excellent food presented, particularly like his fresh made sourdough. Breakfast eggs were scrumptious on that delicious sourdough. Blake was the consummate professional with dining service, very friendly but not intrusive. A real asset to the business. He sang the praises of the chef, which is highly commendable.
