Due to flight delays, I was not able to Check in until 1 AM in the morning. When I got in my room, it was freezing cold and everything felt damp - the bed the covers, the carpet, the bathroom floor. Even my clothes were damp after laying them on the bed. It was much too late to try to change rooms. Following morning, I put in a request to change my room In the front desk said they should have a room available after 3 o’clock that day. When I returned from the hospital where my father is severely ill, I requested the room change stating I was told that morning it could happen. Two gentlemen at the front desk asked why. I told him it was cold and damp when I arrived, and the rent was still damp when I returned. They did not change my room instead I was escorted to my room where the gentleman reset the air conditioner. It did resolve the situation, but I was frustrated with the entire experience.
The hotel layout is strange and the walk to your room can be very long. On top of that, the pattern in the hall carpet makes you dizzy.
