Customers leaving garbage around, breakfast plates wherever they could Cereal spilled in front of elevators not cleaned up Our floor the 5th floor totally stunk of POT smelled thru out, it was nauseating disgrace that this is tolerated and yet it’s a non smoking hotel. I don’t care what the heck people do but it should not be allowed in a hotel and that also has children staying It’s illegal and it’s not their freaking house.

2nd time we stayed would have been coming back again until our whole floor 1519 absolutely stunk Of heavy POT use, it was nauseating!!!! Out room was at the other end of the hallway. I don’t care what people do but that was terrible to be so inconsiderate to others. You don’t expect that in a hotel like this. This is supposed to be a non-smoking facility

I was on the first floor in room 1110. Ceiling was peeling and dirty. Looked like water damage. Maintenance person who tried to fix should be fired. Maybe repair properly and paint the entire ceiling. I have pictures.

This was our second stay at this Hampton Inn. One suggestion I have is they need more outlets in the room. We had a hard time finding places to charge all our electronics and had to switch them out to charge. Also, our air conditioner stopped working at one point while we were sleeping for about 6 hours and then randomly turned on. It was a very warm night and we would have slept better had it worked.

First of all…they had a terrible sewage problem which led to a flood in our hotel bathroom.l leading to the room. It was also leaking into the room beneath us. When we told the evening staff about the situation at the front desk, they were pretty rude. The tv also did not work but kindly the front desk am staff gladly gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience. For the rate of the rooms you would think it would be more modern and that they would have maintenance issues under control.

There were a bunch of unsupervised children under 10 years of age running around the lobby, in the business room and just put trash everywhere and knocking on doors. Nobody at the service counter said anything. Pillows were way too soft. Area was picked because my 32 week old grandson was at the NICU at Morristown Memorial Hospital. Our son and daughter-in- law stayed with us because she had an emergency c section and couldnt climb stairs. We were only 10 minutes away from the hospital. The hotel did have an accessible wheelchair that she was able to use which was nice. It just sucked that kids were running up and down the hallway at night.
