Not bad, but the swimming pool was dirty with bugs leaves and dirt in the pool. For a hot day unable to use pool. Told front desk, but nothing done. Price was quite high for what you got. Breakfast listed as buffet, but nothing then any other hotel

I don’t normally give bad reviews, but was disappointed in our room. Bedding was clean and comfortable, but shower had mold in corner and didn’t drain properly, walls were dirty and need fresh paint, refrigerator freezer was so built up with ice that door wouldn’t close all the way, we found licorice from previous visitor on the floor, ac was very loud and inefficient. This was less than a Super 8 or Motel 6 quality. Sorry, just telling the truth.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice linens. Mosquitoes were an issue but not sure there was anything more they could do as our room initially smelled like bug spray. Mosquitoes in that area with the recent rain happen.

Nice property that is very dog friendly, which is what we were looking for. Pretty good Breakfast (free) too !!!! A steakhouse that is within walking distance is very good, I do recommend. Plenty of channels on cable, a big plus. I would stay here again, only thing I would recommend is to request a ground floor room close to the dog walk area.

Wonderful place to stay in payson
I've been to Majestic Mountain previously and again I was not disappointed. Clean, pet friendly (I never travel without my trust chiweenie companions). Restaurants in walking distance. There is a free buffet breakfast for a short period in the mornings offered. Front Desk always friendly. Short drive to hiking.
