Hello, good experience, the room was very large, very clean, it had a shower instead of a tub, I liked that, the only thing we couldn't do, serve the televisions in the three days we were there, it didn't work, it didn't have channels with the little free time we had, we wanted to watch something on television and I didn't have any kind of service

We were put in an ADA room so there was a lot of space. However things were dirty. The table tops.were geimy. We woke up in the morning with ants on one of the night stands. My husband would like to mention the annoyingly loud refrigerator. It was a cheap place to stay and only one night but I think we will pass on this place next time.

Very rude desk clerk. When ask about the rate he said it was none of our business, you booked it through Expedia talk to them. Then said he was sorry he was rude he was on his 4th 12 hour shift. Won’t stay here again….

First room we were in had a ton of dead bugs in the bathroom shower and sink, second room was cleaner but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Road sounds are pretty much constant. Surprisingly still one of the better spots to stay in Payson but that's not saying a whole lot.
