This hotel refused to over a refund after Havasupai was closed due to a flash flood that inevitably shut down the place to tourists indefinitely. The tribe treats tourists like a money grab.

Not sure why all the complaints on this property were negative. I had a great experience. Stayed one late as a place to rest my head after a full day of adventures. Check in was good. The room was a regular room as you see in a hotel. The pool was nice. The gym was great for a morning workout. Check out was easy. Yes there’s a train. You can hear clearly outside but indoors not as bad as people say. Put your earplugs in and call it a night. Thank you for the friendly staff I came across.

Great hotel right there in the Hualapai reservation. The rooms are great, there is front desk staff 24/7, and their restaurant serves fry bread. I couldn't ask for more.

Stayed here the night before I hike down to Havasupai. Great that the gift shop is open at 3am for last minute buys. Also diner onsite that has great meal options the night before. I'd stay here again!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The trains that run behind the hotel are loud but that was doable. One morning we had a morning raft and the restaurant that was scheduled to open at 6 didn’t open until close to 8. There were no other options that were open so that was tough. Location very confident though for rafting but take you own food. Very few choices.
