I arrived 15 minutes early. I was told not only was my room not ready, (which is fine I was 15 minutes early) but to come back 15-20 minutes after the 3 pm check-in, which is check-in time, and my room should be ready. The room was dusty. I think just the bare minimal is done in the room after guests, bedding, trash, and wipe down, and restock towels. Website advertises a restaurant etc. Restaurant was closed, hot tub was down. Will not stay again.

I usually stay here a few times a year, and I was really disappointed to see that the restaurant was closed due to staffing. (they say it’s a fallout from Covid) Also no coffee in the room. Found out later I could ask for it. Honestly I would have stayed at a cheaper place if all I wanted was a bed.

Just after checking in, the room was in such bad condition we had to request that our room be dusted, and the carpet vacuumed. There was no screen on our sliding patio door.

The smell walking in was a little off putting. Musty/urine smell was a bit strong. The room smelled better than the lobby. The folks at the front desk, super super helpful and friendly! The room….ok. Small bathroom area that was dirty. I cleaned the toilet with Clorox wipes before we used it. The bedding seemed clean. We left before the sun came up cause I’m not sure we wanted to see it in the day. Haha! It’s a nice location though and very quiet!

Check in was slow. No or coffee maker or refrigerator in the room. Restaurant and lounge have been closed for 2 years but, that information is not listed in ad. Staff was curt and unfriendly. Will never stay there again and I travel 3 weeks out of every month.

Room was dirty don’t stay here
Our room was gross, I almost checked out and went to find somewhere else to stay but didn’t want to hassle a waiting to be refunded and we figured it was only for 1 night. Dead bugs in bathroom floor, hair on shower wall when we hadn’t even showered yet, hair all along the sink and around the bathroom mirror. Our room smelled gross and also their bar which was one of the reason we chose this place was closed down. No where when you book does it say their bar is currently closed down. I went and looked at past reviews and someone back in June stayed and was also complaining because of their bar being closed so this should really be updated as not having a bar be one of their amenities because it is misleading. Staff was nice but this hotel is ran down and they need to retrain their “cleaning staff” because they did not do a great job w our room.
