Beautiful view
We absolutely loved our stay. We ended up hardly leaving the unit. We enjoyed sitting on the wraparound balcony overlooking the bay whether we were having coffee or afternoon/evening cocktails. Very quiet building beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Convenient to everything. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was incredible. Super communicative And very kind.

Our fourth year here. I'm running out of superlatives! The condo is clean, clean, clean. And nicely decorated. The location is perfect. Fort Pickens Road is not overdeveloped. Beautiful shoreline. Grand boys 1st trip to Florida
This unit was perfect for my husband three grand sons and myself. Lots of room, clean, decorated nicely & great view! When not at the beach we did spend a lot of time on the very large deck- it was wonderful! We will definitely stay here again. Easy check in and easy communication if any questions arise.

This place was just what we needed. It kinda fell in our lap. The condo we had previously rented the week before we were supposed to leave had some storm damage and the balconies were being blocked off. We were able to get our money back and this one was available!! My wife LOVED the place and that’s all that mattered. Nice big rooms and plenty of seating for us. The view was amazing on the balcony. Saw dolphins and beautiful sunsets and sunrises from the balcony. The owner was a great help and constant communication with me. We will definitely save this place and stay here again. You won’t be disappointed in this place.

Simply Amazing!
The property was beautifully maintained and the customer service provided by Babs the property manager was incredibly friendly and responsive. The room was more beautiful than the pictures and provided everything needed to allow for a lovely stay. My wife didn’t want to leave and has already stated she wants to return with the family. Bravo for making our vacation one we will never forget.

Great balcony, lucky last minute booking
We were able to get a last minute booking during Spring Break-Easter week, when our originally booked condo didn’t work out. We loved the balcony that both bedrooms opened to, creating a nice breeze. Balcony was large enough for us to sit at a table. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living room which allows for a feeling of privacy. One of the best things was that it’s a corner unit so you have the balcony on two sides. It appeared that the master bedroom carpet hadn’t been vacuumed because there were plastic beads on the floor, but that was the only issue. Everything was perfect. We went swimming in the sound—the steps down to the water made it very convenient

Property was as listed and advertised. Enjoyed the views from the wrap-around balcony of both the Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. Comfortable living spaces, beds were very comfortable, we slept well each night. An older unit but has been well maintained and the updated bathrooms were nicely appointed. Overall, we enjoyed our visit to Pensacola, the beaches were great!

Perfection!
Our second stay. Have loved both vacations here. Condo is ideally located on Pensacola Beach, short walk across the street to the beach. Condo is exceptionally clean, nicely decorated. The pool has plenty of lounge chairs and the water was clean. This is a quiet building, no loud parties either time. Property is well-maintained. Babs is the property manager and gives precise instructions for entering the building, the condo, directions, etc.

Wonderful!
Everything as described and then some! By far the most stocked and well kept condo I've stayed in. The kitchen has anything you could need! The condo is beautiful and very clean. We watched dolphins jumping in the water while sitting in bed! The pool is also very nice. Communication was beyond great. The building is nice, safe, clean, and in an easily accessible location.

Where to start? This VRBO was EXCELLENT! The photos and description do not do the condo justice. 1. Babs was very responsive and kind. 2. fully stocked kitchen for cooking or snacking. 3. fabulous views, easy access to water 4. can I just say THANK YOU for the fans! Fans for each room made this stay even more enjoyable. 5.
