My room wasn’t ready when I got there but They were able to find a replacement fairly quick. They only offer cleaning services after being there 4 days and the first day I checked in they said it didn’t count. You have to go to the front desk to ask for towels, and after 10pm I had to go to the front desk bc my card wasn’t working. We did have to ask for a broom and dust pan several times so I can sweep the floors. Other than that it was fairly clean. There is a washer and dryer on every floor but it was 7 quarters to wash and 7 quarters to dry.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. The whole facility was dirty. The door handles to just open the hotel were slimy and gross. The front desk lady was super nice but had no real information about the pool. Lights weren’t working in or around pool and said she was getting conflicting information from manager. The one elevator was SO slow. Our room was gross. Bed was awful. The plastic part felt like we were sleeping on a toddler mattress. Thank goodness I brought my own pillow. It’s like they remodeled, but a child did it. The entire hotel smelt like musk. We wouldn’t even take our shoes off to walk on the floor. They gave us 2 towels when we had reservations for 4 people. Wouldn’t give us new towels until we returned the ones we used, and we had to bring them to the front desk. Hotel is old and just yucky. Absolutley would never stay here or recommend it to anyone ever.

It was real quiet which I liked a lot. There was no shampoo or body wash in the dispensers in the shower and the blow dryer didn’t work. All in all it wasn’t a bad stay.

The mattress on both beds were the worst I’ve ever slept on. They must have been 100 years old. I had to get up during the night to put the sheet back on because it didn’t fit properly. There was no coffee maker in the room so I had to go to the lobby for my morning cup. The cleaning lady left an envelope for a tip, yet the beds weren’t made, the floor wasn’t vacuumed and the only way to get clean towels each morning was to take your dirty ones to the lobby to swap them out. The sink wouldn’t hold water so to shave you had to leave the water running. Also the pool was closed at dark which for those of us that had plans during the day meant we had no access to it. But I guess for $99 a night I shouldn’t have really expected much, however I will never stay at another Red Roof Inn.
