Booked room several weeks in advance and was switched rooms without prior notification was given a queen instead of a king suite and told the price was the same. Room was not up-to standards, there were roaches and ants in the kitchen area and bathroom, the pool area was trashed (beer bottles amd other garbage).

Beyond my expectations, considering my experiences at other Red Roof hotels. I did have some issues with the staff: someone made a noise complaint and blamed us while I was sleeping. I guess it's hard to tell where sounds come from in some buildings, so I didn't take it personally, but it did interrupt my sleep. Apart from that, everything was okay.

Traveling through to Florida and we arrive quite late. Staff was friendly and helpful, very informative, and the rooms were incredibly cold. Their is no question that their air conditioners work.

Hotel property is old and very dirty. It should be remodeled and upgraded. Very dirty floor and bathroom. Terrible smell in the room. Blanket was smelling like urine.

Pet friendly is very lightly put. Animals galore. At least 9 dogs in the hotel. And that’s just the ones we saw. Cats as well.Dog feces all around outside. The whole entire hotel smells like mold/ mildew. Not to mention the actually black mold that was on our bathroom walls. If you have asthma or allergies, you won’t be able to breathe very well. My fridge was leaning towards the window and my dresser leaning towards the door due to a big bow in the floor between them. Heard a mouse or some other critter, in the wall near the bathroom the entire night, Both nights. The “Towel rule” is absurd to say the least. One towel per person and unable to receive more until you bring your dirty towels back down. I guess we got what we paid for considering the price being so cheap. 8.2/ 10 rating? Maybe at one time but not now. Don’t waste your money.
