Relax in style in this newly renovated townhome in the perfect Pensacola Beach location, convenient to the core business area, but far from the noise. Park in the private one-car garage, head up the stairs and let your worries melt away. You'll immediately be drawn to the spacious second floor balcony with stunning views of Little Sabine Bay. Enjoy your morning coffee here and watch for dolphins at play. It never gets old.

Once you pull yourself away from the view, take in the spacious living area, with comfortable furniture, tasteful decor, and a 50" Smart TV with cable. High-speed WiFi let's you stay connected so you can share photos and make your friends back home jealous.

The modern kitchen features granite counter tops, brand new stainless steel appliances and everything you'll need to prepare meals.

If there's a grill-master in your group, they'll be delighted to cook on The Big Green Egg, which is hands down the best charcoal grill, ever. We even provide the required lump charcoal and fire starters. You bring the meat and the mad grilling skills.

On the main floor you'll find a convenient half-bath and separate laundry area with front-load washer and dryer. Pause to enjoy the view of the Gulf as you make your way upstairs where you'll find the bedrooms and ever more stunning views.

The Gulf-facing second bedroom includes a queen bed, ample closet space and a private balcony with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The adjacent full bath features modern design and a tub/shower combo.

The master bedroom is the star of the show, your own private oasis with a luxurious king bed, a large private balcony and the best views in the house. The spa-like master bath features a large walk-in shower and double vanities.

Once you settle in, get to exploring. Head out the front door and you'll find the stunning-white sand beaches and clear Gulf of Mexico waters just across the street. Nearby dune walk-overs make accessing the beach easy.

Head out the back door and you're on the shore of Little Sabine Bay. This is a favorite spot for paddle boarders and kayakers due to it's calm, shallow water. Be sure and try out one of these activities and you'll be hooked. There just something about being out on the water that's therapeutic.

This is our dream home, our island escape and we're happy to share it with you. We have no doubt you'll enjoy it as much as we do!

Perfect!
We adored this sweet little beach find. Modern, comfy, and spotless. The location couldn’t be better - close to all the fun with plenty of peace and quiet. We enjoyed watching the boats come in on the bay side and walking right across to the gulf to play in the waves. Can’t wait to stay again!

Great bayside view
The condo had everything we needed, and was very clean. It was a short walk to the beach just across the road. Loved sitting on the covered deck drinking coffee looking out over the bay. It's only a short drive to the Pensacola fishing pier also. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! The condo was right down from the beach and we were able to hang out in the back of the property and fish! The only thing is the dishwasher was a little aggravating to work but we finally figured it out. The dry was drying as good as it should but after looking at the lint trap and trying to clean it out I really why it wasn’t drying good. It definitely needs to be cleaned out! We enjoyed our time there!

Great condo
Condo was recently remodeled and they did a great job. Condo is in a great located with access to little Sabine out the back door and a short walk acros the road to the beach. Will try to book this unit if it’s available on my next trip.

Awesome owner!
We had an issue with the heat when we arrived, the owners were understanding since it was in the 40’s. They made arrangements to get it fixed, and worked around our schedule to get the technician in. Then they offered 1 free night for all the hassle. The property is way above 5 stars. Directly across from the beach, and an easy drive to any where you want to go. Fantastic stay.

Wonderful place to stay!
This property was nicely updated and in a great location! We loved the views off the back deck and hanging out in the backyard near the water. Also the walk to the ocean was very short and easy! Loved the beach theme of the interior and really enjoyed the awesome shower in the main bathroom. We were very comfortable here and will definitely be back to stay again! Check in was super easy and had no issues during our trip! Highly recommend staying here!!!

Can’t wait to come back!
This was our second time staying at this property and we can’t wait to come back. Great location and everything is just as is in the pictures. Close to the beach and the restaurants but tucked away to provide quiet. We enjoy having the bay in the backyard for kayaking. Stocked with pretty much all you need for a great vacation. It’s like a home away from home.

Great place!
My experience here was by far the best experience I have had with vrbo/airb&b. It was easy check in and out, outstanding views, and great location close to activities. The place was very clean which is huge for me. My only complaint was that the coffee maker had left over coffee grounds from a previous use, but was an easy fix. Will definitely book again!

Perfect location and the decks and patio area were wonderful! Close enough to all things Pensacola Beach, but far away enough to enjoy peace and quiet! Property was clean and well stocked! I was great having the covered garage since I have a Jeep and we took all tops/doors off and didn't have to worry on a rain day! Thank you!

Loved this property! Very clean, loved the location. The Bay had beautiful views, especially at sunset. Great for fishing and crab hunting in the evenings. Loved having the grill, cooked fresh fish every night. The beach was a short walk and there weren't large crowds of people. Really appreciated the chairs, wagon and umbrella provided. Best property for family getaway at Pensacola Beach
This property has it all - backs up to the sound with perfect views of the July 4th fireworks, a short (3 min) walk to the beach, excellent location to watch the Blue Angels. The property itself is perfect for a family getaway - very clean and 'beachy'. We loved being able to park our car in the garage. We had an absolute blast and look forward to returning one day.
