Our room description said ‘Mountain view’ which was a big factor for choosing this place. The view outside the window was some large AC vent or some sort of thing which completely covered the mountains. We didn’t open our curtains at all bcz of that. There was no regular tea in the room, only green tea and coffee. There was no body lotion, no shower cap… these are the small things you expect and get at every place. Would never stay at this place again. Have stayed at places less pricier than this with better amenities.

They’ve put hardwood on the second floor rooms and you can hear footsteps and things being moved around. Told it might be ghosts when we enquired what was above us. The bed was like plywood. But the room was clean.

The last night of our stay we had a problem with the toilet. It was clogged. A gentleman came in and unclogged it but caused it to over flow. He used the bath mat and towels to clean up from the over flow and left them in the bathtub. The towels were dirty from the overflow toilet water and had urine on them. The bathtub was left that way and not cleaned. We were not able to shower the next morning and had a bad start to our day. This is frustrating when traveling for business. Definitely won’t feel comfortable coming back.

It's a very convenient location walkind dustance to beach. We were in first floor room and we could hear noise from upstairs room. The breakfast is very minimal, just boiled eggs and sausage, toast, pancake and very long line up to make waffles. Indoor and outdoor pool was nice.

In room coffee machine didn't work. Noisy air conditioner couldn't cool room. The T.V. was not user friendly and offered little few channels and no other channels. The T.V. kept trying to access internet, making it difficult just to watch any television. Very little hot water available at anytime. Shower diverter barely function, so hard to take a shower. The hotel itself is clean, staffs are friendly and helpful, but it needs to be upgraded. The breakfast was the worst we've ever experienced. It has little to no options, what they do offered, is crap! Jar bouled eggs dumped into a bowl, asking you to microwave, microwave sausages and rubbery and thin pancakes and waffles. Would have added photos, except website wouldn't allow me to upload.

The breakfast was okay, very simple and not a lot of variety. You need to get there early before the dining area fills up, which then makes it harder to find a table to eat at. The pools were really nice. Not too big not too small. An indoor one and an outdoor one. The bathroom was really clean and well maintained. Overall the price wasn’t too bad for the stay. The location is only a 10 minute walk from the beach and all the restaurants.
