So couple of things there are LOTS of families staying there and Unfortunately we were on the first floor and the family above us were having chair races and what sounded wrestling that ended at 11:00 PM and started back up at 6:30 AM... If your a single person or couple stay on the upper floor. As well the beach area and stores are north of the hotel and the the property is large and the only entrance (there's a a tall metal fence around the entire property) is on the far south side of the property so you must walk around the entire property each time to get to the front desk, which is halfway down the property. There is no gate for pedestrians and there is no sidewalk and you end up walking on the road, it would be really nice to have a gate for pedestrians in front of the main doors. We did see one girl go through a hole in the fence, but my wife and I were not doing that just something to think about if you've got little kids or your wife wear high heels.

Great location. However the shower in the bathroom was not that great as it needs maintenance. Did not want to go through the hassle of reporting it as we wete only there for 2 nights. Nonetheless, quiet and close to everything we wanted

It was dirty. Shower curtain was pink at bottom. They did not clean our room second night. Food was horrible. White soft fries for hashbrown only one waffle machine which takes 3 minutes to make and half hour wait with the line up.no ice in out hallway ice machine . Kids up late and early running around above us. Will not be staying here again. The hallways were dirty and the white door headed to our room from hallway was black .

I felt like the people where very friendly and helpful to a degree , i guess to what they are told , but the hotel itself , our room had a terrible smoke smell , the north entry looked like you where walking in to a dumpster or a garbage room , the cleanliness was just not there ! Every step in the unit above was heard below , and on top there was a family with a bunch of kids up there , so no restful or down time at all . Breakfast bar was very limited , food was not up to a regular hotel standard. I do understand food costs etc , but then maybe just dont include for Breakfast if you cant deliver on it ! Not recommended at all.
