Place was night, staff were nice and there was free breakfast. The light on the elevator and hallways are dimmed low, there is a hot tub and pool which was very nice. Location was very convenient around a lot of tourist places.

Comfy rooms, cramped breakfast room

Very clean with comfy beds. I loved the large Jacuzzi tub, however the jets were very weak. If you plan to eat breakfast, get there early because the dining room is very small.

Overall it was a good stay. Breakfast on the weekday was prepared better than the weekend, so that’s a staffing issue. Only slight issue we had was a couple of the outlets in the room didn’t seem to want to work very well but we managed ok. Location of the hotel was pretty ideal for us because we were going to Gatlinburg as well.

Staff was very friendly and it was very clean. For breakfast can you alternate between sausage and bacon ? You may need a bigger breakfast area but everything was a 10 plus

Stayed two nights. Halfway was narrow. Table arrangement in Breakfast room made it hard to maneuver. Found breakfast lacking (biscuits hard, gravy thick). Would stay again for the price.
