It was a great place. All staff were friendly, kind and polite. They made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The only issue was that the sink and shower drains were clogged but front desk took care of the matter with maintenance immediately. We anticipate going back for Christmas.

My husband and I honeymooned here and it was a dream. There’s an ice cream shop, pizza place, snack shack, dessert bar, arcade, breakfast place, you name it. We don’t have children but there was lots of activities for children. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet. No complaints here. Thanks again Country Cascades! Special thanks to Davina for all of her kindness and recommendations on attractions nearby. She needs a raise!

I love everything about this property. So fun for young kids to do and all the activities for them. The staff is really sweet. And the rooms are excellent. We will be back soon. Done stayed there three times now. Can’t wait for the indoor pool to be open soon

Overall wonderful stay. Only complaint is the bed frames are metal so if you bump it you hear it. So you heard the noise throughout the Night.

The pictures and description online are deceiving. We assumed the loft bed area accessed via the spiral stairs would be all that was up there. The "bedroom" was only semi private with no door to the loft bed area. We had assumed the bedroom would be a private area on the main floor. As grandparents, navigating the spiral stairs was trecherous especially in the middle of the night. Our grandson complained about how the pullout sofa bed had not paddiing and was lumpy. Microwave not in the room but down the hall. Walls are thin and people talking and babies crying did disturb us. Property was very clean, bedding nice. Great location. We did complain about the unexpected room configuration and we were contacted by the hotel manager who offered us different options, which we declined as we were only staying 2 nights. We would stay again but not choose the "Family Penthouse".

I didn't like the room service. They just bring clean towels and an extra toilet paper. Nobody cleans the room but me. The bathtub was clog, and I did unclog. Thats when I noticed that the room service was not that good. But beside that everything else was great, front desk, arcade, dining room, store and activities.
