Facility had a great pool/hot tub. Rooms were old but it appeared to be taken care of. Our toilet ran the whole time. Maintenance did come once but still ran. The AC units are old and really moldy/musty. Messes with your sinuses so bring nasal spray

This was a very nice place, but we encountered problems from early on——no shampoo, no shower water, needed the maintenance man for the toilet, and the hair dryer was a bit of a problem for the wife.

This hotel was perfect for our visit to Pigeon Forge. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and breakfast was good. It is in a good location just off the busy main road. Plenty of parking.
