It was OK.
For us staying at a Hilton is splurge. Our needs were met, but unfortunately somewhat disappointing. Room was clean and comfortable. We were traveling with a dog and it was a very long walk from the room to an exterior door. Also traveling with a granddaughter so stayed in a suite to give her some privacy, but there is no door for separation at all. There is also no fan in the bathroom, so sound effects were available to all. And for the price, it would have been nice to have breakfast included.

Great stay! Hotel and room was clean, comfortable. I love the shampoo, conditioner and body lotion dispensers in the bathroom. Convenient location, easy to park. The only reason I gave a 4 star for staff was simply because we didn’t have much contact with any staff other than check-in, but we also didn’t need anything! We will stay again!

The hotel is nice however I didn’t realize there would be an additional charge for my pet. Lesson learned for me I might as well have booked the cabin for the price that I paid, which did not even include free breakfast. We go to pigeon Forge quite a bit will likely stay in a cabin next time as a result.

Even though I had to stop at the front desk AGAIN to show ID, the last working was super at her job! Close to a lot of attractions in Pigeon Forge.
