Original reservation was to arrive 1020 check out 1023 Expedia charged us $326.34 free cancellation before 1018. On 1017 called Expedia to change our reservations to check in on 1017 check out on 1021. Expedia charged us $443.68. We had to check out on 1020 instead of 1021 because of illness at home. When we checked out the hotel NOT give us a copy of our receipt said since we booked through Expedia, we had to get it from them. I called Expedia right after we checked out same day and they said they would issue us $111 credit because we checked out the 20th instead of the 21st. Yesterday I called and talked to someone at Expedia and they said they would turn it over to bookkeeping. bottom line if you take the four 4368 charge -$111 credit we have still overpay $332.68. it would be a lot better if someone from Expedia that could speak English would call me at 615-426-3155. This property was so nice! The rooms were very clean. My only suggestion would be to possibly expand the breakfast seating area, but overall, we loved staying here and if we're ever visiting again, we will book our stay here. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.
