Great place to stay near Dollywood!
This is a great place to stay! It is so clean and the staff was so kind and helpful! The towels were thick and soft and they gave us extras! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows! We were able to walk to a Diner nearby that was great too!

This is my third time staying here, but it has been since 2018 that I last visited. The furniture items such as the dresser are very outdated and look to be from the 1970s. Room decor is also bland and floor wasn't clean. After showering and walking in the floor my feet had dirt and debris on them. Also found a dead cockroach in front of the lamp in-between beds.

Convenient to the major attractions and restaurants. Immaculately kept Inn. We haven’t stayed at this Inn for 20 years and it is just as beautiful and well maintained as it was back then. Staff is awesome and accommodating. I highly recommend the Music Road Hotel and Inn for your Sevierville stay. I had forgotten abt how big the bathroom is there. I will be back again, when traveling to the Smokies.

enjoyed the stay,however, had to switch rooms from fifth floor to the second floor due to mobility problems and closeness to the elevator. There were several rooms available, but the clerk assigned my wife and I to the fifth floor and the clerk appeared to angered because of our requested switch! We appologized as we are seniors and the room switch helped our mobility needs.
