This NEW 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, TN close to many entertainment and shopping venues, can easily accommodate 6 guests.
Finished in warm tones of beautiful rustic reds, tans and blacks, beautifully accented with these colors. This beautiful unit includes upgraded tile flooring in the living area with an electric fireplace with a stacked stone wall and mounted 46' Flat screen TV and Blu- Ray player.
The living area has a Queen sleeper sofa and love-seat with an accent chair to easily seat 6 around the fireplace and opens up to a balcony with seating for taking in the beautiful mountain views.
All windows and doors have privacy shades with accent custom drapery panels and new lighting fixtures installed throughout the space.
The kitchen includes all NEW stainless steel appliances , granite countertops and wood cabinets with beautiful tile and glass backsplash. The open dining includes an eating bar with two upholstered bar stools and a dining table with 6 upholstered chairs.

Located just off the living area are the two bedrooms- Master Suite and a Guest bedroom.
Each bedroom is carpeted and equipped witha flat screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD player and ample closet and clothing storage space. The Master Suite and Guest bedroom have a King size bed and upgraded mattress and a tiled Master Bath with a garden tub with jets, shower and granite counter topped vanity.
All new bed and bath linens included. This unit also includes upgraded washer and dryer.

Overall the stay was okay. Pros: great location off the parkway, fairly quiet, nice outside balcony, spacious living area, furnished kitchen.Cons: Internet was slow at all times and almost non-existence in the evenings. Made working or streaming impossible. Door lock did not seem secure, no safety latch and door did not seem to catch completely. We would secure door inside at night with chair. Overall, furnishings are worn and not new as stated in listing. Smaller bathroom is dark in shower and major stains in carpet in front bedroom. The indoor pool was AWFUL and we did not use due to smell and condition. The pool is outside with a permanant bird cage over the pool. Very disappointing.

This condo is in a prime Pigeon Forge location, close to everything. It is very clean and comfortable bedding and chairs/sofa throughout. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions and great communication from the start. Would highly recommend for a family or girls weekend.

Overall, we found the property to be okay. The main thing I found disconcerting was the security code on the door. This was the only way in or out of the property and I would have felt more secure with a physical key because I don’t know who else had the code. There were no other locks on the door, aside from the passcode deadbolt. If I had known that prior to booking, I would have selected elsewhere. The location was good, close to the parkway, relatively easy to access. The parking was adequate. The unit was very clean.
