Bring your own pillows!
The hotel itself was clean and the staff were very nice; and they were constantly seen cleaning or vacuuming the floors. The pillows were awful so definitely bring your own, and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. The shower had plenty of water pressure and the water stayed hot. We had a problem with the first room we were given; it smelled heavily of propane from the fireplace and the phone in the room didn’t work; but a short 30 minutes later, once maintenance determined it couldn’t be “fixed” we were given a new room. The included breakfast is better than most hotels. Overall a great deal but they really should invest in better pillows & mattresses. We hardly slept the entire night through because of how bad the bed & pillows were. Other than that; not a lot of complaints here.

Everything was great except the shower had a slow drain so our bathroom flooded every time we took a shower and it wouldn't hurt to update the mattresses. Ours was wore out on one side bad and the other a little so there was a hump in the middle of the bed. Which made it not very comfortable.

Everything was great from check-in to check out. Friendly front desk workers to housekeeping. My family will definitely stay here again. The continental breakfast was good. The only disappointment were the ants in the bathroom. We joked about showering with our new friends.

We always stay at Ramada Inn North when we go to Pigeon Forge. Great place to stay. Comfortable beds, clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff from front desk the the cleaning service and can't forget the servers at breakfast. They try to keep food in supply and wash down tables after someone leaves so the next guest will have a clean table to eat at.

Only complant is spoty wifi and it was difficult.to charge our devices plugs are.wired to light switch so they only work at night
