We had a view of the river and a balcony. Loved it. Room was clean. Bed was too soft for me. Carpet was kind of older. Overall a good visit. Friendly staff and helpful.

We got there and we were the only people aged under 70. The bed was horrible, terribly hard. Breakfast was disappointing and cold. Milk dispenser was empty all three days. Hotel smelled old and musty. I stayed here five years ago and it has gone downhill for sure. I will not be back.

Loved the entertainer, Jason Passmore! Very talented. Everyone is SO wonderful. They will even give you a big bag of ice for a cooler! We will definitely be back. Oh, breakfast and evening snake time is fantastic.

My 10 year old and I visited the area to go to the Titanic museum and explore the area a bit. Our accommodations were satisfactory. We found the hotel to be clean and cozy. We loved the nightly popcorn and cookies— my kiddo looked forward to his cookie every day! We also enjoyed walking around by the river. We did want to utilize the feeders for the ducks, but we lost a few quarters. Some work, some don’t…I found that one spills our food for free too if you just jiggle the dial a few times. Breakfast was ok. It got really overwhelming sometimes because a lot of people utilize the breakfast and the way it’s set up, it doesn’t flow well with the plates, condiments and silverware in the middle and then people standing in line to get their plates and then trying to decide if they want waffles or sausage. The toaster is also where the plates are so people are standing and waiting for the toaster and blocking the plates and condiments. On the coffee side you can get your cup, then creamer then coffee but most people are looking for coffee and then going backwards for creamer. Not a deal breaker by ANY means, but we got very overwhelmed. We would still visit again.

Great place for adults! Breakfast was plentiful and tasty with large space for sitting and enjoying a cup of coffee. Every space was super clean with an ice maker on every floor. Rooms were a mixture of retro and modern, making it perfect! We have found a new home base in the Smokies!

Hands down great hotel!
The hotel is very clean, love that they offer free breakfast in the mornings with tons of variety! Free popcorn/cookies for the kids at night is a plus! We will definitely be back!

The property is centrally located in Pigeon Forge, but you can't turn left out of the parking lot. The check in process was less than welcoming. There was a good number of choices for a hot breakfast, which was very convenient way to start the day.

Everything was great except for housekeeping. They did not come to our roo. After our first night there. I informed the front desk at around 2pm, but when we returned at 5pm, still no housekeeping. I then asked for replacement towels and the were hanging on the door knob when we returned at 9pm. Other than that the stay was great.

We loved our stay - the popcorn in the evening, the fire pit, the delicious breakfast and all the great options for coffee (which was delicious). We walked to the Christmas Shop which was amazing. Great hotel, would highly recommend.

We had a river side room which was wonderful to wake up to each morning, and sit out on the balcony and enjoy each evening. The hotel amenities - popcorn, sweet tea, cookies, exude all the southern hospitality you hoped you'd find. Plus the pool, hot tub, and daily breakfast...this place is great
