We stayed at Twin Mountain Inn and Suites from 10/25/2024-10/30/2024. It is a pet friendly hotel. I saw people with huge pitbulls at this hotel. It was scary when the elevator opened and a man was with his pitbull. I won't be coming back because of this. In addition, a previous guest's dog clawed the door frame of the bathroom door. It looked horrible. The housekeeping uses cleaners that smell like bleach. Everyday we had to open the door to air out the bleach smell. The bedsheets smelled like bleach. Beds were set every day, but the bedsheets were never cleaned. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean. It was very nice to have a private balcony overlooking the river.

We had a Great vacation at Twin Mountains. Nice quiet clean hotel with a convenient location. A few blocks away from the busy parkway. Nice view from the balcony of a small creek with ducks and geese. We highly recommend it ! We will be back.
