Just a super awesome hotel in a fantastic location! We walked to a penguins game, the Christmas market, and the Steelers game all in one weekend. Unbelievable!

The hotel is in a convenient location that met our needs. The check-in staff were quick, friendly and helpful. The hotel has an attached restaurant (The Commoner) and dinner and brunch were excellent. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of our Friday night waitress but she was fantastic. She was super friendly and her recommendations were excellent. Drinks couldn't have been better. The parking attendants were fast - getting our car in and out was easy even when the hotel was busy. Kimpton Hotel's are always the best!

I liked the staff, I believe they did a great job. Everything else slightly was off putting, specifically the traffic lights noises that can be heard from the top floor on the front of the building.
