The only good thing is they let me check in early after a five hour drive. No one told me anything aboutWi-Fii or anything. There was a roach in my room, the fridge wasn't very cold and the air didn't work very well. I will not ever stay here again.

Not the best.. reservation was for 4 only got 2 pillows and 1 towel. When ask for more we where told we could get more towels but not pillows so I had to remind them how many where staying.. they eventually brought more pillows. Whole place smelled of cigarettes and strong chemicals. Smoke detector was ripped from the ceiling, tv color was almost completely out, everything was purple and green. No wifi.

Guy up front was rude. Need sheets dirty. Long black hair stands on white sheets when pulled them back. Looks as of yet we're never changed powwow to me getting there on one bed. Glad a booked two need.

Dirty bedsheets, no towels, dirty floor, ripped curtains, no extra toilet paper, smallest pillows in the world, tv not working (although they did fix it), crazy u-turn off a steep fast hi-way to access the place, was super noisy with trucks gearing down throughout the night… Yeah, terrible. Only good thing was the price and the front desk staff were nice. But with all of the above is any price worth it?

First room we were given both bed sheets looked dirty and stained one with hair all over by the pillows. Which prompted us to check mattresses which both had lines of bedbugs. We took to front desk photos asking for a different room or something and he went to “look” at the beds saying he didnt see anything. After us telling him we will not stay in that room an not budging he finally switched us rooms which luckily that mattress looked brand new unlike the others but we went from 2 beds to 1. The second room still wasnt the cleanest floors and walls were dirty, bathroom sink didnt drain. Cigarette burns in comforter and on toilet seat.

What a sh#t show!
Made reservation several days ahead of arrival. Arrived at about 4pm. Checked in with two others traveling with me. They had separate rooms. They checked in and had rooms next to each other. When I was being cheched there was not another room ready on the same floor so I was asked to wait 10 minutes while they prepared a room. 20 minutes passed and I was finally given a key for my room which was on a different floor. No explanation was given. Got off the elevator and there were 3 bags of garbage next to the elevator door. Started walking toward my room over a severlly stained carpet. Got into the room. At first glance it looked ok. Started to unpack to find no hangers. Called the desk and was told they had no hangers to provide me. Went to the washroom to find there was no toilet paper. Called the desk and toilet paper was sent to the room. Next I pulled back the sheets. It was obvious they had not been changed. Turned over a pillow to find stains and a long black hair. Called the desk and told them at which time I told them I would not stay in that room. The clerk brought me a key to another room down the hall. This room was what not great but acceptable. When I checked out the next morning the 3 bags of garbage were still beside the elevator door.

My room smelled like pee, there was a greasy, gross film on the floor. So much dirt on the edges of the bed, you could just tell they don’t mop the rooms. But the water pressure in the shower was really good.

Upon arrival, I switched rooms twice due to the horrible conditions of the rooms. Missing everything from towel holders, mirrors, lampshades, blinds, and even pillowcases for the bed. I was forced to stay here only because work booked this location. I purchased my own set of bed and bathroom Lenin! The sheets had stains and cigarette holes in them, the comforter was even worse! So deplorable! The third floor has a leaking sprinkler head that had been dripping for so long that it has made an indention through the carpet. No smoke alarm and the carpet in the hallways is straight out of a horror film! The people surrounding the property in the early morning and late evenings are scary. No family should stay here with children or single ladies!!! This faculty and its ratings need a better evaluation! The only positive is the front desk gentleman is kid and seems to be forced to deal with the conditions. V
