It was so pleasant the first time, we came back again. The staff is friendly, the establishment is clean, and they have free breakfast every morning! Close to the freeways, what more can you ask?

Overall, the property was a good deal. The cost was worth the experience. However, the night auditor on 9/29/24 was very rude and unfriendly. He acted like we were inconvenient by asking if we could get a rollaway bed. He said our room couldn't have one, so I asked for additional bedding and pillows. He said that he didn't have anything except for a comforter. He just didn't want to have to go get them from wherever housekeeping stores them. The good of the property was the breakfast was great, the room was average, but clean.

Price was reasonable. Clean rooms. They had coffee and water available when you check in. Guest service was very nice. Morning Breakfast was decent. Overall a great experience! Clean hotel. Would stay here again!

Total disappointment
We arrived to the hotel and totally felt catfish the property wasn’t anything like hotels.com advertised. Gave them the benefit of the doubt but after a few minutes we noticed that we were all itchy and began to get little bites. We didn’t tell each other until we went to the as said heated pool which it wasn’t and started talking among each other. We right away got up and went into the office, when we told receptionist he didn’t even argue it or said no he right away said we was going to talk to manager and came back and said a refund had been issued and too bring keys back once we left room. It seemed weird that they would issue a refund so easily but I knew something was wrong when I heard another customer complain about the same thing. I was extremely disappointed to see that this hotel want anything close to the pictures they advertised. Not recommended
