Went to access room couldn't get door looked to be kicked in was given a second card. On entry to room pillows had hair and blood stains. Sheets in clear sight were stained

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The room was clean, quite large (I was pleasantly surprised) and it was very quiet. The front desk staff could have been a little more enthusiastic. The price was also a big win. The exterior of the hotel could use a facelift but I would stay here again.

Very good value
I was looking for a hotel for one night for a good price, and this hotel was very well priced. The room was okay, could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom. The outside light shined into the room and the blackout shade did not completely block it out.

This place was disgusting. There was hair all over the place, including on the pillows, cigarette burns on the sheets, the sink was dirty, the shampoo in the shower had been used. We couldn't spend the night, it was so gross we left.

Functionally, the room was adequate. The lights worked, the plumbing worked as it should. Cleanliness was not a priority. The heater worked. The window was not broken, but the door had been kicked in at some point and bent back in shape. The room had an odor, chemicals maybe? The location appears to be safe when checking crime statistics on various databases. The staff was friendly and attentive. The lobby was nice, the free continental breakfast good. You get what you pay for. It's not a destination resort.

This was probably the worst hotel room I have ever booked. Lady at the desk seemed miserable to be there and/or half asleep. We got the keys and did our usual bed check only to immediately find crusty stains on both beds. Unfortunately, they were not just stained bedding from a previous wash. There was also hairs in one of the beds, wrappers on the floor and the front door jamb/lock had so much damage there was holes you could see through. When I went back to try to cancel, the clerk didn't give me a hassle and didn't seem surprised so I gave an extra star for her at least being understanding. They could probably make a world of difference with some small changes and better cleanling practices.

Price point was ok by comparison to other properties in the area.....although I find them all overpriced for the area. Bathroom wasn't that clean. It was fine for a place to sleep. Staff were great!!!
