We liked that is was centrally located! The staff was at times very good and other times not so good but not because they themselves were not trying their best but because at times they seemed short staffed and were not able to do their job efficiently. Overall everyone was kind and professional and tried their best to make us feel cared for. We did not like waiting to long to order our food and to be served our food. The first couple of days we did have to go to the front desk to order more towels. Not enough towels were placed in our room for 2 people.

The toilets had very low pressure. You had to flush once wait for five minutes for it to fill again to flush again. Our pillowcases had dry blood on them. I felt the linens were old and needed to be replaced. Our bed was very soft. I think the mattress needs to be replaced. There were never any paper cups at the coffee station. only plastic. Who wants to make a hot coffee and a plastic cup? Breakfast was very slow. Not any fault of the waiter. But just understaffed. They should have two wait staff at breakfast. The stuff were very friendly. The management wasn’t that great.

Super disappointed with this hotel thought it’s hilton that I stayed but none other like one star hotel. Luckily the service superb but overall I’m not really recommend this hotel. I never known all inclusive has time limit only can start order liquors after 11 and no more served any foods or drinks after 10 pm. Limited foods,limited alcohols super sad to pay this amount of money for this quality. Was thinking to stay in reef 28 bcoz the name of Hilton. I chose to stay here but see what I deserved. ;(

The staff is absolutely Hilton-standard! The convenience of the location cannot be overstated. Easily exhausted menu, buoyed by its quality and abundant dining, dancing and shopping options a short walk away. Live music easily enjoyable from your balcony if you find the rooftop bar too extroverted. This resort is a win for boutique lovers of any taste!

Limited dining, photos are super high def edited to make it look better than it is. It isn’t an “ all inclusive resort” it’s a hotel with 2 super mid restaurants inside, you have to walk/ drive to any near beach or activity/ show and pay additional- you can’t even sit on the beach furniture or under an umbrella without paying extra. Staff was really sweet but everything else was pretty bad, it’s a hotel on a strip essentially.

The resort was amazing the staff was so nice and easy to talk to, our waiters were so amazing during breakfast I can’t remember the person at breakfast name but he wears glasses and is so nice he get 5 out of 5 stars also shout out to our waiter for lunch and dinners Erasmo G, he was so cool and always talked to us and made us feel supper comfortable 5 out of 5 for him also are Bartendor for sure got our drinks on point. Definitely recommend this place.

For a Hilton we were disappointed. Not really an All Inclusive as they seemed to micro manage the food and did not replace alcohol they ran out of. The staff was nice seems like they are following some poor management and should have better training. Location is great! close to the beach and 5th Ave. Now that I know how it is we would probably stay again make adjustments for the right price!

What I like most about the property is that the staff was friendly/helpful. I also enjoyed all inclusive food as it taste was really good and the prices of the premium food/drinks were reasonable. This was my first time going to an adult only resort and I will return.

This place should not be labeled as a resort, IT IS NOT, it is a hotel. It does need some updates to make it better. The food selections were limited, BUT it was made fresh to order. There is nothing on the property to do except swim!!! The hospitality team gets 5 star reviews, each and every one of them!! I was truly disappointed especially with location. HILTON NEEDS TO DO BETTER. JACUZZI NEVER WORKED! LIGHTS WENT OUT twice during our stay, rooms smell musty, no air 1 night.

Everything was great with the property, the food, the service. The only problem we had and it was huge was the entrance of a stranger into our room. Somehow the staff assigned our room to someone on Saturday night. He entered the room like anyone would normally and scared the hell out of us. We weren’t checking out until Sunday. Our last day was not so good. Not sure how they got that mixed up.

Not sure if it’s mandatory for all hotels in Playa Del Carmen that no outside guests are allowed into the resort. Found that a bit unnecessary, if you ever make a friend on the trip or have a friend staying in another hotel - they must either buy a day pass to visit you or wait for you in lobby.
