Little sleep despite great mattress
The room was amazing. Renovated/updated. Mattress, pillows, sheets were super comfortable. Great shower head and low-flush toilet was appreciated. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good; nice variety. The one major drawback was the noise. The person in the room next to me had their tv on ALL night long. Literally. It wasn't a problem at first; I figured they were just staying up a little later than me. I fell right to sleep. But I woke up at 2 am and could not get back to sleep. I tried turning on the fan for some white noise to drown out the tv, but you can't just run the fan by itself; can only control heater/ac by selecting a temperature. Tried earplugs I got on a plane flight, but even with a pillow over my head, still heard the tv. At 5:15 am I couldn't take it anymore. Got dressed, went out, knocked on their door, asked them to turn it down. I don't think they were aware of how loud it was; you could barely hear it out in the hall. I know the staff can't babysit all the guests. But it's a serious problem when the one thing you expect from a hotel is a good night's sleep. Maybe invest in soundproofing for the walls in between rooms?

Recently stayed for a work trip and the amenities were great. My room was perfect to get some work done as well as relax and recoup after a long day. Food and staff were wonderful as well.

Spent anniversary weekend here. Room was excellent, bed was very comfortable, shower pressure great, room was clean, and staff very courteous. Would definitely stay here again!

When we checked I. Our room wasn’t ready as promised. We got in to the room about 30 minutes past check in but didn’t receive any fresh towels until much later. There was no service to the room the next day. The breakfast bar has a limited selection and was not replenished when items ran out.

The hotel smelled awful and the grounds were sketchy. Many smokers and people lingering outside and in the stairwell. I was thankful the room was not carpeted but that was pretty much the only plus!

Fridge did not work. Light on mirror/ sink area did not work. Little lighting in the room so with that out, was unable to use sink or mirror. Told desk about issues morning after first night stay. They said they would get it fixed. Told housekeeping on the floor of the issues. They said ok. When i came back that night nothing was fixed. Informed desk person upon check out that nothing was repaired to which he responded. "No worries we will get it fixed "
