Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The room had a kitchenette. Surroundings were safe -more in a business like area. Quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was amazing -they change the main items each day -but a very good spread. Overall a top place to stay in Pleasanton

Best Hyatt House Location Yet!
What a fantastic property. The grounds and the rooms are clean and spacious, and we were very comfortable staying here. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and kind and they even had a hot chocolate bar in the lobby. Great attention to detail and huge two bedroom suites make this a place we will be frequenting often, thanks for being so accommodating Hyatt House.

Check-in was easy, staff were courteous, and room was clean. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable and small kitchen had the right amenities. Neighborhood around the property is safe and you can walk over to a small strip mall area where there is a Starbucks and a couple of other restaurant options. Nice two room suite but!!!!!
I liked the two room accommodation. However the bed was much to hard for a comfortable sleep. I quickly developed pain in my low back and hips. I had to sleep on the couch the first night. The next night we got a heavy comforter from housekeeping and used it for additional padding. It helped but was not ideal.
