Called them to make sure our service dog wouldn’t be charged Also they advertise a lake view and can’t even see the lake from their location And we could pay in cash as the exchange rate on credit cards was way higher than at a bank Got there they wouldn’t accept cash they wanted to charge to the credit card then refund us at check out time costing us $450 in exchange rates alone plus they wanted $45 a night for our service dog Which they told us over the phone was no charge for so we refused to stay there and and went and got a way nicer hotel room for $65 a night cheaper right on the lake

There is an exhaust fan but no switch to turn it on in the bathroom. The lighting around the mirror is awful to put your makeup on with. Need more lighting around the mirror. Other wise it was a very nice room.

Great service. Clean room. Air conditioner worked great. The only issue we had was a minor one: the shower wouldn’t drain. Didn’t take away from our stay. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in town.

This hotel was super clean with spectacular views of Flathead Lake. Our room (2 queen) was spacious and comfortable. There was an amazing breakfast selection with clean, facilities and friendly staff. It’s worth it to stay here.

What an amazing stay. Service upon check in was awesome and very personable. We embarassingly spilled a cooler with ice near the elevator but the front desk associate was gracious and kind. The room was outstanding. Clean. Spacious. Breakfast was great as well. Omelets, potatoes, plenty of toast options. Wonderful stay on our trip to Glacier and Yellowstone area. Recommend highly.

Beautiful hotel. Clean rooms, super comfortable with a view of Flathead Lake and a pizza place next to it. Loved our stay there. The desk clerk was warm and welcoming. Lovely woman.
