Inside boasts a well-appointed kitchen and an attractive living room with a flatscreen TV. Free WiFi is available. The folding desk is ideal for the traveling worker or student. There is ample deck space from where you can see and hear the ocean. Grill your dinner out on the covered and furnished deck or just spend a little quiet time on the porch swing. The two dining tables and a screened-in porch with a table with chairs gives you variety in choosing where to enjoy a meal with family and friends. Ready to wrap up an evening? There are four bedrooms, each with en-suite baths and flatscreen TVs. Divide the rooms among your group members so everyone will feel right at home during their stay.

Great time!

We were in town for a beach wedding and it was great to have a place large enough that our family could be together. The home is very pretty but does definitely need some updating and minor repairs. I noticed to was on the market so maybe the new owners will make some adjustments and improvements.

Close to the beach! Just as explained online. House is beautiful. Only issue we had was keypad entry issue and Vacasa worked with us to get resolved in a very short period. Definitely will rent again.

The house was great ! Each room had it's own bathroom and even with several of us taking showers at the same time, we never gave out of hot water. We had a 15 month old with us and it was totally save and not far walk to the beach. The house was stocked with lots of pots, pans, dishes and toiletry items. (Even more than i would have hoped for.) The couple of neighbors we met were very nice. The living room and kitchen area is open and very large. Vacasa was very quick to text and check on us the first night. Lots of fun trucks in the area and the couple we ate from were very good. Loved the screened in porch and the front porch. I can't say anything bad about this house. We would stay there again !

Stayed here a few times. Love the layout of the house. It’s close to the beach. I would definitely recommend it. Only complaint would be it needs a bigger tv in the living room.

Enjoyed the Kiwi Cottage

The Kiwi Cottage was perfect for our 3 generation summer trip. Everyone having their own bathroom was great! Exactly what we needed. Interior all on one level was important as well. Plenty of space for the 7 of us to spread out. The walk to the beach was easy and for the grandparents there was ample parking when they wanted to drive over. Loved that the area wasn’t crowded even though it was the last week of July. Really enjoyed the house and area. Thank you for sharing it!

Amazing Vacation House!

The kiwi cottage was exceptionally clean and welcoming! We had a large group and we were very comfortable in the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The open kitchen and dining area allowed for meals and games together. The beach is just a few minutes to walk, the porches allowed for beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset, the outside shower helped us clean up after being at the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the cottage and give it a 10/10! P.S. The kitchen even had sharp knives and plenty of dinnerware. :)

Nice modern kitchen with most everything you need. House had a definite beach feeling with its awesome decor and colors. Very open and nice floor plan. Every bedroom had a private bath, very nice. Very clean. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch.

Family Vacation

Rented the Kiwi Cottage for a family vacation with our adult children. It was the perfect place for a quiet, peaceful vacation. Very clean, well equipped, comfortable house. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy! Easy 5 minute walk to the beach.
