There is a large deck area with outdoor alfresco dining and a gas BBQ provided, sit back, relax and take in the beautiful views of Dutchies Beach & Port Stephens. The internal laundry provides a front loader washing machine and dryer and the property provides a double garage with remote. The driveway going up the private road, and down into the house is quite steep, there is however, additional (to the double garage) parking for one car on the side of the house with side access to the front door of the house if the driveway is too steep for guests. To access this car space, continue driving past the house, there will be a paved area on your right-hand side at the end of the house, parking is on the side of the house.
Be prepared to park your car for the duration of your stay, everything you need is at your fingertips.

(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Noise that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:

Guests to be considerate of the neighbours as neighbours are not on holidays. Move indoors to keep noise levels at a minimum, please dont be on the balcony or in the pool after 9pm as the noise echoes. Be thoughtful when using a sound system and abide by noise restrictions.
