Great hospitality!!
What I like the most is hot springs!
This hotel reminds me of Japanese hot spring hotel.
Property is super clean and stuff are very professional and kind.
Definitely I would like to come back!
I love the spacious room, the clean atmosphere, everything smells amazing and it feels like you are back at home. The staff was so welcoming and explained to me everything the hotel had to offer me.

Travelled with family and small children, Travelled with partner
The hotel itself is beautiful and both my kids, myself and my boyfriend really loved the Koi pond in the lobby,l. One big thing we DIDNT LIKE; they have Onsen Baths which they have set up as a bigger pool so when you see it online it looks like they have a pool for kids when in reality they don't. ( IT WAS A BIG DOWNER FOR ME AND MY KIDS) their Baths are ONLY gender specific so no cogender in either pool (sucks for families). ALSO kids are welcome with SAME SEX adult and they are NOT ALLOWED to "swim", "run" or "jump" in the "Baths" the only thing your allowed to do is sit and u can't even have a drink with u. (If your by yourself this hotel would be great because you get to be naked in the Onsen Baths which I thought was cool) The gym was nice. One thing we did hate was that there is NO MICROWAVES in the room, they have one downstairs in the lobby by the elevator. The mini fridge was like a mini mini fridge that barely holdanything. They have those fancy Japanese toilets, the shower and bath were cool setup. Water didn't get hot it was warm but not for long. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the hallway light/fridge area light until the 2nd day when you have to use your room key to power your room. NOW THE RESTAURANT, WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND PAYS THAT MUCH FOR MILK AND CEREAL???? Their menu was overpriced and I wasn't willing to try it at that point. They have a sake bar that's open late which is cool.
Good pre- experience before visiting Japan, i liked Japanese people and i would like to visit Japan, now after my stay in this hotel I'll visit Japan with confidence.
This newly opened hotel is so clean, well maintained and quiet. It has wonderful amenities and staff. The ambiance and Japanese influence is delightful! We so enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast food. Our only regret is not getting to enjoy the baths. Very, very comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again!!
This was my 1st experience with Onsen Bathe. I wanted to try a similar hotel in Vancouver, BC, CAN. This was by far one of my favorite hotel experiences and I extended an extra day since I wanted to try all of the amenities! The Onsen Bathe Pool was so relaxing and fortunate to have the pool area all to myself on each visit morning and evenings. This is a must amenity once checked in to your reservation! The Sake Bar was informative on the imported sake from Japan. I recommend having a flight to taste a range of sake, rice wine, so you know the variety that is offered. If you are wine connoisseur, this is a different beverage all its own! If you are not used to Asian hotels, the slight difference is the heater is above you. And the most excellent part that I found so so beneficial was no phones only a tablet and the bathroom has a bidet to try and a separate full soaking tube and rain shower head with a separate hand held. Some bidets come with an air dryer but this one you still had to use a towel to dry after use but a heated toilet seat is every person's dream toilet! I tried all the amenities. The gift shop is a taste of Tokyo and Portland, Oregon. There were gifts and momentos including sundries in case you forgot to pack some important toiletries not available in the bathroom already. I was just about to buy the whole store but I know I will return and bring some friends along with us. My first purchase was a bottle of sake for Thanksgiving so everyone could enjoy it!
