DISGUSTING

This place was absolutely TERRIBLE. I never felt so dirty and unsafe entering a hotel room before in my life. The room was absolutely disgusting. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a month. Hair in the shower. Thought I even saw bed bugs. I went down to the desk and told them I am not staying there and proceeded to go stay at the Marriot. What an absolute embarrassment of a hotel.

The place was not clean. Keys were given to a room that already had people in them. Asked for the TV remote that went to our TV as the one we had went to the TV in the gym. Manger was super rude and looked like he crawled out of bed. Will never stay there or recommend it

Early check in fee

We arrived to a parking lot with 2 vehicles in it (no exaggeration). We requested to check in early and were told it would be a $30 fee. I've never had this happen before. After being up all night with our dog at an emergency veterinarian center and then having to drive 2 hours to a different center, we just needed somewhere to nap for a few hours. The $120 room ended up costing us $150. Had we known when we made the reservation, we would have tried to find a room elsewhere. We won't be returning to any Comfort Inn.

Room was hot when we arrived, mini fridge needed to be cooled and we had to reset the tv in order to access a channel to watch. Had to ask at front desk for extra towels and a garbage bag to take out our garbage in the room as there is no housekeeping until you check out.

Would not recommend staying here. Definitely try and find other accommodations while you are in town. The staff is not at all friendly. The room did not feel clean. The tub has mildew and was clogged. The breakfast leaves much to be desired and was cramped. One of the worst experiences we’ve ever had and were pretty easy to please. Disappointed is putting it lightly.

The shower curtain didn't do anything really. Got out to a giant puddle whenever i took a shower. Went to the pool and it was dirty there was grime all along the sides and dirt across the bottom of the deep end.

The breakfast area was not up to standard in my opinion. Two mornings there was no apple juice in the machine, which my grandchildren drink. There was no butter the last morning of our stay and when I told the staff, he just said “butter out” and walked away. No one came and cleaned tables between guests. It’s a very small area for the number of guests. The rooms had an unpleasant odor. A dirty towel was hanging over our shower bar. We were a little disappointed and probably wouldn’t stay there again.
