Room had clearly had significant water damage which the managment tried to cover with some type of chemical agent. The resulting odor and dampness was terrible. When we asked to change the room the staff was unprofessional and inept. They promised to change the room for the second night of or stay but failed to do so during the day and then told us they could not do innthe evening because housekeeping was unavailable. We did not stay the second night, we left and found another hotel. Thats how bad it was!

The room smelled clean, but the bathroom floor was sticky and the carpet in one area was very wet. The employees or owners fought with each other in the hallway. They shouted at each other in their native language several times. It was very disconcerting. The beds were ok and the breakfast was ok. Not great, just ok.

Unclean, unsanitary, unfriendly.

Unclean room and unsanitary bathroom. Male hair covered the bathroom floor, although we had no males staying in our room. There were brown smears on the toilet seat that appeared to be feces, as well as dark yellow/brown splatter on the side of the bathtub. The bathroom smelled like mildew and there was a possible presence of mold/mildew. Obscenities were also written on the bathroom wall, between the door and shower. It was apparent that they attempted to clean it but you could still very clearly read the words. Comfortable beds. Warm pool but it was dirty. The pool’s depth signs had a brown film on them that was easily wiped off so it was there due to a lack of cleanliness. We arrived later in the evening with 3 young kids that needed to get to bed. I cleaned the bathroom myself upon arrival because it was too much of an inconvenience to ask to swap rooms or have the room cleaned. AM staff was unhelpful and short with me. The person I first spoke with was a young male, around barely 14-16. He got the “manager on duty” who said he would clean the room. I explained that wasn’t helpful to me, as I had already taken care of the cleaning when we arrived the previous night. Again, he said someone would be up to clean the room after 10. This wasn’t helpful and I felt that we weren’t valued as guests. My concerns about unsanitary conditions felt like an inconvenience to them. I asked to have 1 night comp’d and was told a manager would call me after 2:00. Nobody ever called me.

The door by stairway B was always unlocked The outside lights by the road weren't always turned on before dark; visibility was a problem Trash outside by the parking lot wasn't picked up daily;poop bags stayed there from 9/25 thru 10/1 I wasn't told that I had to ask to have my bed made

We didn't use facilities other that the morning breakfast which was fine (usual). The room smelled like cigarette smoke (supposedly smoke free). Our room was private and quiet and had all we needed.

Hotel was pretty good. Nice place to stay for a quick overnight place to rest your head . My shower area had mildew in it and was unpleasant to see. Thankfully I wear water shoes in hotel showers!!! Please make sure your bathrooms taken care of and cleaned especially with mildew present .
