Rooms weren't clean at all. Beds didn't look made and black curly hairs on sheets and pillows. Switched rooms. Phones didn't work. TV didn't work. Ice machine on 2nd floor didn't work. Breakfast food was sub par. Sausage stale, syrup was gross water not very hot.

Staying there was like staying in a third world country where the staff refuses to clean (even after staying for a total of 17 days while waiting on a closing) put me, with mobility issues, on the third floor with a broken elevator the first week, laundry broken, heated pool cold and dirty, staff called me a b*tch when they didn’t realize u. Old gear them for leaving my trash outside my door when they never cleaned my room in over two weeks. Entire floor smelt like cigarettes and food had mold on it one day. Staff set off fire alarm by putting a metal pot in the microwave and ran out of their room in different stages of dress. It was absolutely horrendous and the last night I was there u found bugs in my room

I did not feel safe there due to the fact that a front desk associate came in without any proper notice stated that they “needed to inspect our room” my husband was completely undressed, they entered in, recorded a video on their phone without our consent, told us what it was for. It was a huge violation. I feel extremely unsafe.

The tv channels werent programed following a power outage ciry wide. We aske fod it to be fixed twice and it never happened. Otherwise the facilities were very clean.

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly front desk experience, nice breakfast. However I am concerned that I booked through Expedia in Canadian dollars and these hotels are all charging me the price in US dollars. So I am hesitant to use Expedia in my future booking. I have questioned Expedia with no answer yet and have months of travel left. Also because I booked 3rd party the hotels won't issue receipts or grant me travel points! Very frustrating Expedia. Improvents needed.

Room was great very clean and safe. The so called gym was terrible the 2 pieces of equipment makes u set up a log in ..not interested in all that work for a bike or treadmill ride. Its in a closet with no working fan. Otherwise the room was awesome and staff was friendly.
