It is an outdated hotel with carpeting in the rooms. Not good for allergies. We stayed 3 night and 2 of the 3 mornings we had no hot water in the shower. We were only on the 3rd floor. Probably would not stay here again.

Stayed for 2 days and the house keeping didn’t come to give new towels, replenish hand soap or make the beds. When reporting this to front desk they said sorry and wrote it down. All they offered us for this lack of service which obviously goes with the daily rate was a water and cookie. We had one breakfast buffet costing us $29. They could have at least taken one of the breakfasts off for the room service over site. Very disappointed in that. In my opinion this

My room looked clean, but when I turned over a paper coffee cup the first morning I was there, it was used & dirty! Then the same with the second cup! It was disgusting!! The bed & pillows were awesome & comfortable. The hotel common areas were freezing the whole time I was there, a waste of energy & unnecessary.
