The property sufficed for the night. The pool was pleasantly warm, if not well lit. The room was nice with decent amenities. I just wasnt a huge fan of the 2 bugs i found in the bathroom. The breakfast was nice with hot options. I would have liked to have been asked about my stay when checking out as i would have mentioned the bugs and my concern regarding the lighting for the pool at night.

In need of some upgrades. The security chain was broken in our room, the curtains were in need of repair and there was garbage left in the room from the guest previous to us. I spoke to the ma aged and they indicated it would be addressed right away however upon our return later in the day, our concerns were not yet addressed. I had to request assistance again.

Everything was great except that I would like to have had an extra blanket, just for more weight, you know? Also, in one of the ads it said it said ‘oceanfront’ or ‘beachfront.’ This is wrong. This Howard Johnson’s is not even walking distance to a beach. Otherwise, as I intimated, all good.

I especially liked the free breakfast. Not because it's free but because of the cheerful and highly attentive host. Every employee I've encountered greeted me with smiles. The hotel's location was next to the highway and near the Jet Port and rental car agencies. I used the exercise equipment provided for the hotel guests. It has an indoor pool. I didn't have the time to dip into it. It was great.
