Room 431. We had a great, overnight stay. Beautiful location. Front desk was great. Bathroom amenities were a nice touch. 24/7 coffee/tea bar available in lobby. My only mild complaint; the window a/c unit is next to the head of the bed. It was very noisy (almost unbearable) and when on, emitted significant light. For someone who needs a quiet and dark bedroom while sleeping, it was challenging to sleep. I would suggest a new unit that is more quiet or a mini-split. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again but maybe in a different room.

Beautiful view of the ocean in a quiet location that is still convenient to town. Right across the street from multiple beaches and sidewalk for walking. Our room was very nice but lacked a closet or anywhere to hang clothing. Hook on the back of the bathroom door was not affixed and fell off immediately. Settee upholstery worn . But the property in general is quiteovely.

We had a wonderful time at the Beach House! Great location, amazing staff, clean and scenic. Right between 2 great beaches and so close to downtown. Would definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family!

The Beach House Inn was absolutely lovely. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. They gave us no issue regarding our service dog and when I called to ask if they had mini fridges in the rooms they offered to put one in for us. The hotel itself is very clean, the common areas are gorgeous and so comfortable to just sit around in. There are chairs to sit outside and enjoy the view and a lovely coffee and tea bar which we took full advantage of. Our room (deluxe ocean queen i believe) was on the small side but fine for two adults since it was really just a place to sleep and get ready. The view was outstanding though. The room is fairly barebones but as mentioned you can request a mini fridge. Where The Beach House shines is in its location. It’s right across from the water. The beach directly across isn’t really swimmable but I did see some people doing it. You can walk a couple minutes and be at a really nice beach or take one of the free bikes (or a bit of a longer walk, maybe 10-15 mins) to a great beach. Both beaches get pretty crowded and parking seems tough there so this is pretty ideal. The area is also very quiet and people are nice. It’s residential so if you are looking to be close to shops and stuff this isn’t the place. That being said, it’s only a 5-10 minute drive to town anyway, so it’s easy to get to stores and restaurants. You could also easily take the free bikes. Overall, this property was perfect for our weekend getaway. I highly recommend!

This was our 1st trip to Maine. The Beach House Inn was the perfect place for us to stay. It was within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to everywhere else. Georgia (?) was very helpful to us and pleasant to visit with. Would love to see and visit with her again the next time we come out.

This place was excellent. We stayed the week of 4th of July! They have an onsite fire place, blankets, chairs, the beach is across the street 4 min walk! They even have bikes you can ride to downtown for great food! Super clean and quiet- highly recommend.
