We had bugs and I showed the front desk staff and he told me that the room next to ours had bugs because someone Abandoned the room with food left inside. This is an unacceptable answer!!! Additionally we have stayed twice and both times the floors were filthy! My feet were black! We enjoy the location for our purposes but just because there’s a lower room rate, cleanliness and friendly service is not too much to ask. Hard to believe that Wyndham allows the hotel owner to remain a franchise when the service and cleanliness is not to their standards. Very disappointed.

Hotel is ok but very overpriced. We can for the Lucasville trade days on a Saturday-Sunday stay and our room w/ 2dbl. Bed was 145.00 only worth about 70. Our friends who were in a separate room had filthy sheets with hair on them and when they got a new sheet it had hair on it too. Pool was pretty good the hot tub needed water and the jets barely worked.

Several concerns with this property: Room had a moldy odor but was listed as nonsmoking. Room door didn't lock unless you pulled it tightly when leaving. Housekeeping cleaned my room and yet the door was unlocked all day since they didn't pull it tight, Hottub is out of order. Location is near a Methadone Clinic so safety of my car was always a concern. I had a fly in my room almost every night. I knew where it came from. There is a significant crack under the door and my room was across from the kitchen prep area. Noisy in early morning 4:30-5:00 as staff prepares breakfast. Breakfast was fair, although the waffle timer didn't work half the time.

The girl who checked me on was awesome. Gave me suggestions for dinner as it was late. Room was quiet and right off the elevator so I didnt have to walk far.. and at last a hot breakfast. I do wish that tgere were a few more options ie yogurt, a meat choice, etc but overall great

One employee told us juice open all night other employees say no and kept machine off, no security or safety measures for the pool if a child was to be able to get out a room they could get to the pool and there was not a lifeguard in sight and Internet didn't even work for devices

We liked that the property was clean and we felt safe. Our room was very nice, BUT we felt it should not have been classified as a handicap room! The bed was so high we should have had a ladder to get into it! And the shower had one bar at the back of the tub, no bars to help you get out of the tub.We would stay here again, just not in a room like this!The lady that worked in the breakfast room on the mornings we were there July 20-21 was excellent! She was so helpful to us! You have a real treasure in her!! Thank you

Our lock on our door that you move over the door was broken. The doorframe/door looked like it had been pryed open and damaged. Our window was broken/cracked and sitting in there crooked. To say the least, it looked like something "had happened" in this room that someone was getting in and someone was getting out.
