Short Stay
Stayed here for one night on business. The hallways were incredibly dirty. The people in the room were loud throughout the entire night and there were kids running up and down the hallways and screaming until nearly midnight. I had to go to the front desk and ask for ear plugs and was told that I could buy them from their store. The front desk attendant was nice but seemed overwhelmed at the amount of guests that filled the lobby.

Good hotel overall
It was a nice stay overall with the exception of the excessive noise. There were people on our floor shouting and playing loud music at 1am. Front desk spoke to them twice to no avail, I think something more should have been done if they ignore the front desk. The entire 2nd floor suffered because the hotel wouldn’t kick out the troubled group.

I booked this hotel for its indoor pool, unfortunately the heating system was not working and the pool was to cold to swim in. I asked before hand at the counter about the pool, wished they had said wasn't heated before I out on my suit and headed down.
