Arrived very late (2:00AM) to check in to hotel. I reserved a king bed room but we were placed in a double. We were so tired from the flight and drive, we did not have the energy to head back to the front desk with all our baggage so we just tried to make it work. The room looked like it was throw together. Turned on the heat and black soot came flying out onto one of the beds. The bathroom was dirty. Also, the hotel failed to mention the hotel was under construction. we were awaken with contractor banging in a room at 7:30AM. I gave this location one star because the hotel lacked basic communication skills to inform us if a king bed was/wasn't available and about the construction.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and the overall look of the hotel was very nice. The only thing that was a little annoying was that the lobby was very cold due to the extreme cold temps outside and every time the door opened a large gust of cold air came in and the fire place that was on, wasn't able to offset the cold. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely go back.

Entire 2nd floor smelled like cat urine. 2 doors down had a cat staying in the room. Requested to be moved and was accommodated but not immediately. Found a silver fish in the bathroom sink. Newly renovated 4th floor was subpar, construction still in progress and shower head was dirty and recaulked tub was sloppy.

I am very disappointed with my recent stay due to misleading room information. I specifically booked a King Room with a kitchenette based on Expedia’s photos and description. To avoid any issues, I called the hotel twice before arrival and was told the King Suite I booked did include a kitchenette. When I arrived, I was given a standard King Room with no kitchenette. This was especially frustrating since we stayed multiple nights and brought food to cook. No solution was offered that night, and we were told the front desk could not resolve the issue because the booking was through Expedia. As a result, we had to spend additional money eating out. We were moved to the correct room the next day at the same price, but no compensation or adjustment was made. We also experienced issues with the TV, problems with the toilet in the first room, and staff often could not provide clear answers. The hotel is under renovation, yet pricing did not reflect this, and rates appeared inflated for New Year’s. Had the listing photos and confirmed information been accurate, this situation would have been avoided. We made the best of it, but the experience was disappointing, and some form of compensation is warranted.
